Guideline for poster presentation • Submit your abstract following the template found here; • The scientific committee will review the abstracts. If your abstract is accepted, you will be contacted; • The printed final dimensions of the poster should be 90 cm w x 100 cm h; • The name of the presenting author should be underlined; • The posters must be prepared in English; • The presenting author must stand next to his poster during the entire poster sessions (during coffee-breaks (15 minutes) and lunch time (1 hour). Guideline for oral presentation • We ask you to state in your abstract submission email whether you prefer to participate in A) an oral presentation or B) a pôster; • The scientific committee will review the abstracts, and only 8 will be selected for oral presentation. If your abstract is accepted but not selected for oral presentation, you will be presenting as poster format; • To ensure that your presentation is displayed correctly, the authors will have 15 minutes for oral presentation, followed by 5 minutes of discussion. Please note that the organizing committee will interrupt the presentation in case it exceeds the time limit; • The oral presentations must be in English, and the slide show must be in English; • Slides must be prepared in pptx or pdf formats. • The conference room for oral presentations will be equipped with computer and slide projector. Presenters must arrive 10 minutes previous to the beginning of the session to upload their presentations.
