2. AGE LIMIT FOR VARIOUS PROGRAMS

For Undergraduate / integrated programs, age as on 1st July 2020 must not be over 21 years.

For Post Graduate and all other programs, there is no age limit is prescribed. However, the Candidates above 30 years will be considered for admission based on the approval of Institution Administration.

Step 4: Once the application is submitted successfully, the Candidate can pay the initial fees online (including the application form fee of USD 250) as per the approved fee structure of the Institution to reserve his / her seat in the branch of his / her choice and download his / her payment receipt and provisional admission order from KITS website. The Candidate will also get a confirmation SMS (not applicable for abroad mobile numbers) and Email about the payment paid towards his / her provisional admission. 6. PERSONS OF INDIAN ORIGIN (PIO) / OVERSEAS CITIZEN OF INDIA (OCI) Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) / Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) will also be treated on par with Indian Citizens for the limited purpose of admission, if they have studied their eligible course in India and can apply under Indian National Category. However, PIO / OCI Candidates will not be eligible for reservation of any kind.

7. ALL INDIA KARUNYA ENTRANCE EXAMINATION - 2020 (KEE-2020)

a. Karunya Entrance Examination (KEE-2020) is applicable for all Candidates who seek admission for B.Tech. and B.Sc. (Honors) Agriculture programs. KEE-2020 will be conducted in over 100 Centres across India on April 25th and 26th, 2020 (Saturday and Sunday).

b. c. KEE-2020 is an objective type examination conducted in English only. Questions will be covered

from the +2 / HSc level subjects namely Mathematics / Biology, Physics, Chemistry & General Aptitude / English proficiency and Christian Values / General Ethics. Appearance in KEE-2020 is mandatory for admission to B.Tech. and B.Sc. (Honours) Agriculture programs in Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences.

d. Questions are of objective type. Each question will have 4 alternate answers. The correct answer

9. EXAMINATION RULES (KEE-2020) a. Candidate shall enter the Examination Hall 30 minutes prior to the commencement of

examination. b. Candidates will not be permitted to enter the Examination Hall 30 minutes after the

commencement of the examination. c. Candidate should occupy his / her allotted seat. d. Candidates should necessarily bring their Hall Ticket with them. During the examination time,

invigilators will check the Hall Ticket to verify the identity of the Candidates. e. Candidates are advised to bring sharp HB pencil(s), eraser, sharpener and black ballpoint pen to

the Examination Hall. f. Candidates are not permitted to bring any text material in printed or written form, log tables,

formula book, mobile phone, pager and programmable calculators to the Examination Hall. g. Duration of the KEE – 2020 will be 2 hours and 30 minutes. h. Candidates should write their Application Number correctly (as given in the Hall Ticket) in the

specified place given in the OMR coding sheet and shade appropriately. i. For shading use HB pencil only. j. Answers should be given only in the answer sheet (OMR answer sheet). No spare answer sheet

10. E - HALL TICKET (APPLICABLE TO B.Tech. and B.Sc. (HONOURS) AGRICULTURE) 10.1. Instructions to the Candidates: a. The E- Hall Ticket will be available in the Institution website only to those eligible Candidates

who have submitted their application forms complete in all respects on or before the last date (For details regarding important dates, please log on to http://admissions.karunya.edu). No postal correspondence with regard to this will be entertained.

b. Candidates can download the E-Hall Ticket from the website (http://admissions.karunya.edu) using their application number and Passcode.

c. The E-Hall ticket once downloaded should be carefully examined by the Candidate. If any

discrepancy is noticed, it should immediately be brought to the notice of the Director (Admissions) by Email ([email protected]).

d. Candidates should bring the print out of the E-Hall Ticket along with any one of the following ID

proofs in original to appear for the Karunya Entrance Examination – 2020 (KEE – 2020). (a) 12th standard Identity card issued by the School, (b) 12th standard Hall Ticket, (c) Letter from the Head of the Institution with the photograph of the student (Photograph should be attested by the Principal / HM), (d) Driving License, (e) Passport and (f) Aadhaar Card. The hall ticket along with any one of the above original documents should be presented to the Invigilators for verification.

e. No Candidate shall be allowed to enter the examination hall 30 minutes after the

commencement of the examination. The Candidates shall be permitted to leave the examination hall only after the completion of the examination.

f. The E – Hall Ticket is not transferable to any other person. Impersonation is a legally punishable

offence. g. The E – Hall Ticket is an important document. The Candidates are advised to retain this E – Hall

Ticket to produce at the time of completing the enrollment in the Institution campus. 10.2. Incomplete application Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences does not take any responsibility to inform Candidates who have submitted incomplete application. 8. KEE-2020 CENTRES The KEE-2020 will be conducted in the following Centres. The addresses of KEE-2020 Centres will be updated in the website in Feb / March. 2020.

9. EXAMINATION RULES (KEE-2020) a. Candidate shall enter the Examination Hall 30 minutes prior to the commencement of

examination. b. Candidates will not be permitted to enter the Examination Hall 30 minutes after the

commencement of the examination. c. Candidate should occupy his / her allotted seat. d. Candidates should necessarily bring their Hall Ticket with them. During the examination time,

invigilators will check the Hall Ticket to verify the identity of the Candidates. e. Candidates are advised to bring sharp HB pencil(s), eraser, sharpener and black ballpoint pen to

the Examination Hall. f. Candidates are not permitted to bring any text material in printed or written form, log tables,

formula book, mobile phone, pager and programmable calculators to the Examination Hall. g. Duration of the KEE – 2020 will be 2 hours and 30 minutes. h. Candidates should write their Application Number correctly (as given in the Hall Ticket) in the

specified place given in the OMR coding sheet and shade appropriately. i. For shading use HB pencil only. j. Answers should be given only in the answer sheet (OMR answer sheet). No spare answer sheet

will be given. k. OMR answer sheet should be carefully filled up as per the instructions given in the question

10. E - HALL TICKET (APPLICABLE TO B.Tech. and B.Sc. (HONOURS) AGRICULTURE) 10.1. Instructions to the Candidates: a. The E- Hall Ticket will be available in the Institution website only to those eligible Candidates

who have submitted their application forms complete in all respects on or before the last date (For details regarding important dates, please log on to http://admissions.karunya.edu). No postal correspondence with regard to this will be entertained.

b. Candidates can download the E-Hall Ticket from the website (http://admissions.karunya.edu) using their application number and Passcode.

c. The E-Hall ticket once downloaded should be carefully examined by the Candidate. If any

discrepancy is noticed, it should immediately be brought to the notice of the Director (Admissions) by Email ([email protected]).

d. Candidates should bring the print out of the E-Hall Ticket along with any one of the following ID

proofs in original to appear for the Karunya Entrance Examination – 2020 (KEE – 2020). (a) 12th standard Identity card issued by the School, (b) 12th standard Hall Ticket, (c) Letter from the Head of the Institution with the photograph of the student (Photograph should be attested by the Principal / HM), (d) Driving License, (e) Passport and (f) Aadhaar Card. The hall ticket along with any one of the above original documents should be presented to the Invigilators for verification.

e. No Candidate shall be allowed to enter the examination hall 30 minutes after the

commencement of the examination. The Candidates shall be permitted to leave the examination hall only after the completion of the examination.

f. The E – Hall Ticket is not transferable to any other person. Impersonation is a legally punishable

offence. g. The E – Hall Ticket is an important document. The Candidates are advised to retain this E – Hall

Ticket to produce at the time of completing the enrollment in the Institution campus. 10.2. Incomplete application Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences does not take any responsibility to inform Candidates who have submitted incomplete application. E- Hall Ticket may not be provided for those Candidates. Hence, the Candidates are advised to ensure that the application is complete in all respects before sending the online application.

11. ANNOUNCEMENT OF KEE - 2020 RESULTS Karunya Entrance Examination – 2020 (KEE-2020) results will be published during the first week of May 2020 in Institution website (http://admissions.karunya.edu). Those who qualified in KEE-2020 will alone be considered for admission in B.Tech. and B.Sc. (Honors) Agriculture programs. 12. INSTRUCTIONS WITH REGARD TO THE ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION IN KARUNYA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND SCIENCES a. It is the responsibility of the Candidates to ascertain whether they possess the requisite

qualification for admission. Successful generation of E-Hall Ticket does not necessarily mean the acceptance of eligibility by the Institution.

b. The admission offered to a Candidate who has been provisionally admitted to a program will stand cancelled if he / she does not submit the relevant documents in original pertaining to admission (such as Marks Statements, Transfer Certificate, Conduct Certificate, etc.) to the Admissions Office before the date stipulated in the admission offer.

c. Admissions to various programs will however be subject to verification of facts from the Original

Certificates / Documents of the Candidates. In case any discrepancy is noticed, even at a later point of time after admission, the Management reserves all right to cancel the Candidate’s Admission and such a decision shall be final and binding on the Candidate.

2. AGE LIMIT FOR VARIOUS PROGRAMS

For Undergraduate / integrated programs, age as on 1st July 2020 must not be over 21 years.

For Post Graduate and all other programs, there is no age limit is prescribed. However, the Candidates above 30 years will be considered for admission based on the approval of Institution Administration.

3. MODE OF APPLICATIONS The Candidate can submit his / her application online through KITS website http://admissions.karunya.edu/ directly. 4. ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR INDIAN NATIONALS The procedure for Admission of Candidates in any UG / PG program of Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences for Indian Nationals is as below: Step 1: The Candidate can log on to https://eduserve.karunya.edu/online/admissions/eoi.aspx and submit his / her expression of interest (EOI) online about the course he / she would like to pursue at Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences. Step 2: Once the EOI is received, the Candidate will get an acknowledgement SMS and Email from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences indicating the Application No. and pass code. Step 3: With the Application No. and pass code, the Candidate can submit his / her online application @ http://karunya.edu/adm/application. The Candidate should upload the following documents while submitting the application Online.

(a) Recent passport sized color photograph (4.5 cm x 3.5 cm) of the Candidate (Size not more

than 500 KB in JPEG format)

(b) Signature of the Candidate, In black or dark blue ink on a white paper and to be scanned /

digitally photographed (Size not more than 500 KB in JPEG format)

(c) Class 10 Mark Statement or Equivalent (as a proof for Name and DoB) and for UG /

Step 4: Once the application is submitted successfully, the Candidate needs to pay the application form fee of Rs. 1000/-. The Candidate has to pay the initial fee to obtain Provisional Admission as per the approved fee structure of the Institution. The Candidate can download the payment receipt and Provisional Admission Order from admissions login portal. The Candidate will get a confirmation SMS and an e-mail regarding the payment paid towards the Provisional Admission.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF KEE - 2020 RESULTS Karunya Entrance Examination – 2020 (KEE-2020) results will be published during the first week of May 2020 in Institution website (http://admissions.karunya.edu). Those who qualified in KEE-2020 will alone be considered for admission in B.Tech. and B.Sc. (Honors) Agriculture programs. 12. INSTRUCTIONS WITH REGARD TO THE ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION IN KARUNYA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND SCIENCES a. It is the responsibility of the Candidates to ascertain whether they possess the requisite

qualification for admission. Successful generation of E-Hall Ticket does not necessarily mean the acceptance of eligibility by the Institution.

b. The admission offered to a Candidate who has been provisionally admitted to a program will stand cancelled if he / she does not submit the relevant documents in original pertaining to admission (such as Marks Statements, Transfer Certificate, Conduct Certificate, etc.) to the Admissions Office before the date stipulated in the admission offer.

c. Admissions to various programs will however be subject to verification of facts from the Original

Certificates / Documents of the Candidates. In case any discrepancy is noticed, even at a later point of time after admission, the Management reserves all right to cancel the Candidate’s Admission and such a decision shall be final and binding on the Candidate.

d. The Candidates should pay the necessary fees before the due date to confirm their admission.

Failure to pay complete fees shall result in cancellation of Admission. 13. INFORMATION TO BE PROVIDED BY THE CANDIDATES Candidates are advised to provide correct mobile number / Email ID in the online application for regular updation from the Institution. Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences does not take any responsibility to inform Candidates who have submitted incomplete application. ONLINE APPLICATION FEE Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences accepts only online application as per the procedures indicated in Sl. No. 4 (Indian Nationals) & 5 (NRI & Foreign Nationals). The Candidates are informed to include the application form fee (Rs. 1000 for Indian Nationals / USD 250 for NRI or Foreign Nationals) when they make the first payment to the Institution during the online application process. 15. 20. DISCONTINUANCE / WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PROGRAM A Candidate who desires to leave the Institution after joining the course will have to submit a ‘No dues’ certificate issued by the Deputy Registrar (Students Affairs). This should be accompanied by the application of withdrawal duly approved by the Registrar. The original certificates will be returned only on the production of ‘No dues’ certificate in the prescribed form, obtained from Students Affairs Office. The Candidates who leave the Institution after the commencement of classes will receive the refund of as per the refund policy of the Institution.

7. ALL INDIA KARUNYA ENTRANCE EXAMINATION - 2020 (KEE-2020)

a. Karunya Entrance Examination (KEE-2020) is applicable for all Candidates who seek admission for B.Tech. and B.Sc. (Honors) Agriculture programs. KEE-2020 will be conducted in over 100 Centres across India on April 25th and 26th, 2020 (Saturday and Sunday).

b. c. KEE-2020 is an objective type examination conducted in English only. Questions will be covered

from the +2 / HSc level subjects namely Mathematics / Biology, Physics, Chemistry & General Aptitude / English proficiency and Christian Values / General Ethics. Appearance in KEE-2020 is mandatory for admission to B.Tech. and B.Sc. (Honours) Agriculture programs in Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences.

d. Questions are of objective type. Each question will have 4 alternate answers. The correct answer

DISCONTINUANCE / WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PROGRAM A Candidate who desires to leave the Institution after joining the course will have to submit a ‘No dues’ certificate issued by the Deputy Registrar (Students Affairs). This should be accompanied by the application of withdrawal duly approved by the Registrar. The original certificates will be returned only on the production of ‘No dues’ certificate in the prescribed form, obtained from Students Affairs Office. The Candidates who leave the Institution after the commencement of classes will receive the refund of as per the refund policy of the Institution.

21. GENERAL DISCIPLINE Every student is required to adhere strictly to the code of conduct of the institution, pay the

requisite fees by the due dates, attend their classes regularly and abide by the rules and regulations of the Institution. The students who have not paid the fees before the deadline will be kept in out-of-rolls.

Every student should follow the institution’s examination rules meticulously. Those who don’t follow the institution examination regulations will subject to appropriate punishment as per the norms.

If at any point of time, the conduct and character of a Candidate is not satisfactory or is of a suspicious nature, the management reserves the right, without assigning any reason, to make him/her vacate the hostel or expel him / her from the Institution.

Ragging of any sort is banned at Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences and any violation

Notes: (i) Candidates those who are admitted provisionally need to appear for Karunya Entrance

Examination 2020 (KEE 2020) as scheduled in any one of the KEE Centres and qualify in HSC / +2 Exams as per the eligibility criteria.

(ii) For all other programs: The provisional admission requires that the Candidate qualifies in the qualifying examination as per the eligibility norms.

5. ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR NRI / FOREIGN NATIONALS

The procedure for Admissions 2020 for Candidates who studied HSC abroad (Countries other than India) under NRI / Foreign Nationals category is as follows:

Step 1: The Candidate can log on to https://eduserve.karunya.edu/online/admissions/eoi.aspx and submit his / her expression of interest (EOI) online about the course he / she would like to pursue at Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences. Step 2: Once the EOI is received, the Candidate will get an acknowledgement SMS (not applicable for abroad mobile numbers) and / Email from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences indicating the Application No. and pass code to apply online. Step 3: With the Application No. and pass code, the Candidate can submit his / her online application @ http://karunya.edu/adm/application. The Candidate should upload the following documents when he / she submits the application online.

(a) Recent passport sized color photograph (4.5 cm x 3.5 cm) of the Candidate (Size not more

than 500 KB in JPEG format)

(b) Signature of the Candidate, In black or dark blue ink on a white paper and to be scanned /

digitally photographed (Size not more than 500 KB in JPEG format)

(c) Class 10 Mark Statement or Equivalent (as a proof for Name and DoB) and for UG /

Integrated Programs / Last received semester mark statement or Equivalent for PG Programs

& Lateral Entry Programs (Size not more than 500 KB in JPEG format)

Step 4: Once the application is submitted successfully, the Candidate can pay the initial fees online (including the application form fee of USD 250) as per the approved fee structure of the Institution to reserve his / her seat in the branch of his / her choice and download his / her payment receipt and provisional admission order from KITS website. The Candidate will also get a confirmation SMS (not applicable for abroad mobile numbers) and Email about the payment paid towards his / her provisional admission. 6. PERSONS OF INDIAN ORIGIN (PIO) / OVERSEAS CITIZEN OF INDIA (OCI) Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) / Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) will also be treated on par with Indian Citizens for the limited purpose of admission, if they have studied their eligible course in India and can apply under Indian National Category. However, PIO / OCI Candidates will not be eligible for reservation of any kind.

7. ALL INDIA KARUNYA ENTRANCE EXAMINATION - 2020 (KEE-2020)

a. Karunya Entrance Examination (KEE-2020) is applicable for all Candidates who seek admission for B.Tech. and B.Sc. (Honors) Agriculture programs. KEE-2020 will be conducted in over 100 Centres across India on April 25th and 26th, 2020 (Saturday and Sunday).

b. c. KEE-2020 is an objective type examination conducted in English only. Questions will be covered

from the +2 / HSc level subjects namely Mathematics / Biology, Physics, Chemistry & General Aptitude / English proficiency and Christian Values / General Ethics. Appearance in KEE-2020 is mandatory for admission to B.Tech. and B.Sc. (Honours) Agriculture programs in Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences.

d. Questions are of objective type. Each question will have 4 alternate answers. The correct answer

3. Failed Candidates / ineligible Candidates are eligible to receive refund after deduction of 5% of

the fees paid by the student, subject to maximum of Rs. 5000/- as processing charges (for Indian Nationals) / USD 250 (for NRI / Foreign Nationals) from the refundable amount.

19. HOSTEL ACCOMMODATION The Institution has 15 separate residences to comfortably accommodate the students in single, double & four seated rooms (as per norms). Hostel accommodation is mandatory for all the students who pursue their education at Karunya

Institute of Technology and Sciences campus.

20. 9. EXAMINATION RULES (KEE-2020) a. Candidate shall enter the Examination Hall 30 minutes prior to the commencement of

commencement of the examination. c. Candidate should occupy his / her allotted seat. d. Candidates should necessarily bring their Hall Ticket with them. During the examination time,

invigilators will check the Hall Ticket to verify the identity of the Candidates. e. Candidates are advised to bring sharp HB pencil(s), eraser, sharpener and black ballpoint pen to

the Examination Hall. f. Candidates are not permitted to bring any text material in printed or written form, log tables,

formula book, mobile phone, pager and programmable calculators to the Examination Hall. g. Duration of the KEE – 2020 will be 2 hours and 30 minutes. h. Candidates should write their Application Number correctly (as given in the Hall Ticket) in the

specified place given in the OMR coding sheet and shade appropriately. i. For shading use HB pencil only. j. Answers should be given only in the answer sheet (OMR answer sheet). No spare answer sheet

will be given. k. OMR answer sheet should be carefully filled up as per the instructions given in the question

who have submitted their application forms complete in all respects on or before the last date (For details regarding important dates, please log on to http://admissions.karunya.edu). No postal correspondence with regard to this will be entertained.

b. Candidates can download the E-Hall Ticket from the website (http://admissions.karunya.edu) using their application number and Passcode.

c. The E-Hall ticket once downloaded should be carefully examined by the Candidate. If any

discrepancy is noticed, it should immediately be brought to the notice of the Director (Admissions) by Email ([email protected]).

d. Candidates should bring the print out of the E-Hall Ticket along with any one of the following ID

proofs in original to appear for the Karunya Entrance Examination – 2020 (KEE – 2020). (a) 12th standard Identity card issued by the School, (b) 12th standard Hall Ticket, (c) Letter from the Head of the Institution with the photograph of the student (Photograph should be attested by the Principal / HM), (d) Driving License, (e) Passport and (f) Aadhaar Card. ANNOUNCEMENT OF KEE - 2020 RESULTS Karunya Entrance Examination – 2020 (KEE-2020) results will be published during the first week of May 2020 in Institution website (http://admissions.karunya.edu). Those who qualified in KEE-2020 will alone be considered for admission in B.Tech. and B.Sc. (Honors) Agriculture programs. 12. INSTRUCTIONS WITH REGARD TO THE ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION IN KARUNYA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND SCIENCES a. It is the responsibility of the Candidates to ascertain whether they possess the requisite

qualification for admission. Successful generation of E-Hall Ticket does not necessarily mean the acceptance of eligibility by the Institution.

b. The admission offered to a Candidate who has been provisionally admitted to a program will stand cancelled if he / she does not submit the relevant documents in original pertaining to admission (such as Marks Statements, Transfer Certificate, Conduct Certificate, etc.) to the Admissions Office before the date stipulated in the admission offer.

c. Admissions to various programs will however be subject to verification of facts from the Original

Certificates / Documents of the Candidates. In case any discrepancy is noticed, even at a later point of time after admission, the Management reserves all right to cancel the Candidate’s Admission and such a decision shall be final and binding on the Candidate.

d. The Candidates should pay the necessary fees before the due date to confirm their admission.

Failure to pay complete fees shall result in cancellation of Admission. 13. INFORMATION TO BE PROVIDED BY THE CANDIDATES Candidates are advised to provide correct mobile number / Email ID in the online application for regular updation from the Institution. Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences does not take any responsibility to inform Candidates who have submitted incomplete application. Hence, the Candidates are informed to ensure that the online application is complete in all aspects before sending the same to Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences along-with required document(s) to be uploaded. 14. ONLINE APPLICATION FEE Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences accepts only online application as per the procedures indicated in Sl. No. 4 (Indian Nationals) & 5 (NRI & Foreign Nationals). The Candidates are informed to include the application form fee (Rs. 1000 for Indian Nationals / USD 250 for NRI or Foreign Nationals) when they make the first payment to the Institution during the online application process. 15. ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION It is mandatory that all the Candidates who apply to Karunya Institute of Technology should meet the eligibility criteria as per the norms of the Institution. If the Candidates do not meet the eligibility criteria, they may not be considered for admission.

10. E - HALL TICKET (APPLICABLE TO B.Tech. and B.Sc. (HONOURS) AGRICULTURE) 10.1. Instructions to the Candidates: a. The E- Hall Ticket will be available in the Institution website only to those eligible Candidates

who have submitted their application forms complete in all respects on or before the last date (For details regarding important dates, please log on to http://admissions.karunya.edu). No postal correspondence with regard to this will be entertained.

b. Candidates can download the E-Hall Ticket from the website (http://admissions.karunya.edu) using their application number and Passcode.

c. The E-Hall ticket once downloaded should be carefully examined by the Candidate. If any

discrepancy is noticed, it should immediately be brought to the notice of the Director (Admissions) by Email ([email protected]).

d. Candidates should bring the print out of the E-Hall Ticket along with any one of the following ID

proofs in original to appear for the Karunya Entrance Examination – 2020 (KEE – 2020). (a) 12th standard Identity card issued by the School, (b) 12th standard Hall Ticket, (c) Letter from the Head of the Institution with the photograph of the student (Photograph should be attested by the Principal / HM), (d) Driving License, (e) Passport and (f) Aadhaar Card. The hall ticket along with any one of the above original documents should be presented to the Invigilators for verification.

e. No Candidate shall be allowed to enter the examination hall 30 minutes after the

commencement of the examination. The Candidates shall be permitted to leave the examination hall only after the completion of the examination.

f. The E – Hall Ticket is not transferable to any other person. Impersonation is a legally punishable

offence. g. The E – Hall Ticket is an important document. The Candidates are advised to retain this E – Hall

Ticket to produce at the time of completing the enrollment in the Institution campus. 10.2. Incomplete application Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences does not take any responsibility to inform Candidates who have submitted incomplete application. E- Hall Ticket may not be provided for those Candidates. Hence, the Candidates are advised to ensure that the application is complete in all respects before sending the online application.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF KEE - 2020 RESULTS Karunya Entrance Examination – 2020 (KEE-2020) results will be published during the first week of May 2020 in Institution website (http://admissions.karunya.edu). Those who qualified in KEE-2020 will alone be considered for admission in B.Tech. and B.Sc. (Honors) Agriculture programs. 12. INSTRUCTIONS WITH REGARD TO THE ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION IN KARUNYA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND SCIENCES a. It is the responsibility of the Candidates to ascertain whether they possess the requisite

qualification for admission. Successful generation of E-Hall Ticket does not necessarily mean the acceptance of eligibility by the Institution.

The admission offered to a Candidate who has been provisionally admitted to a program will stand cancelled if he / she does not submit the relevant documents in original pertaining to admission (such as Marks Statements, Transfer Certificate, Conduct Certificate, etc.) to the Admissions Office before the date stipulated in the admission offer.
