    NSTP DIGITAL PORTFOLIO

    This project is a compilation of all your achievements and accomplishments in NSTP.

    This will be considered as you FINAL EXAMINATION.

    Please be guided by the followingfollowing for your output:

    Folder 1: Group Profile(5 points)

    2. Narrative format- Short description for each member and how he or she became partof your NSTP experience. Only one description per member (a short paragraph will do).Description must come from other members. The documentation officer will compile (or

    encode) the output in 1 (one) file as a MS Word document.

    Folder 2:Files Documents (5 points)

    CWTS: CDPs (Community Development Plans)

    **Make a CDP for the community that you visited during your fieldwork/s.

    Folder 3: High Resolution Pictures (20 points)

    This folder must contain subfolders of photos from the following NSTP activities. Dont

    forget to set their photos file name as the caption for each picture (stating the activity, namesof the students in the picture)

    1. NSTP I Fieldwork Photos2. DRRM Practical Exam Photos3. Run for Ilog Pasig4. NSTP II Fieldwork Photos (1st and 2nd fieldwork subfolders)5. Other NSTP related Activities (meetings, make-up activities, bookdrive, NSTP Week

    activities etc)

    Folder 4 : NSTP Reality Documentary Film (70 points)

    NSTP Reality Documentary Film Guidelines

    This project is part of your fieldwork documentation requirements which is 30% of your final NSTP II

    grade. Please be guided by the following:

    1. The output should be a short documentary film, NOT a slideshow of pictures and texts.2. The short film should tell a story based on the theme, The Thomasian NSTP Experience: ItsRealities and Impact on Me and the Community.3. All members of the group should appear in the video and they should be properly identified

    or cited in the credits. (Narrate your NSTP experience in the community and what you have learnedfrom it.)

    4. The entire video including the credits should last two (2) minutes to six (6) minutes inlength. Every five (5) seconds in excess of the allowable time will correspond to a 1-point

    deduction in the final score.

    5. It should have an appropriate title.6. Acceptable video formats are .wmv, .mp4, .avi and .mov7. The final output should be burned in a CD or DVD together with the other documentation

    requirements, two (2) weeks after the 2nd

    Fieldwork activity.8. It will be graded based on the following criteria:

    a. Story 40%b. Creativity 20%c. Impact 30%d. Technicalities 10%

    The top 3 best videos from all my students including those belonging from the other

    sections will receive plus five (5) on their final NSTP II grade.

    Final Output must be burned in a DVD or CD and placed in a clear jewel case.

    The cover of the CD will be a picture of your group and your NSTP section.

    Please be guided by the following deadlines. Failure to submit on time merits -10 on the final

    grade for the portfolio.

    Other Reminders:

    y 2 CD (or DVD) COPIES must be produced (1 for facilitator, one for office)y DO NOT LEAVE your Portfolio on my table or in my pigeon box, please submit it to me

    personally for checkingy FAILURE to submit the requirements will earn you and the entire group INC in

    their FINAL grade.y Avoid cramming and produce quality output.y This PORTFOLIO is equivalent to your FINAL exam.
