7 Diagram/ Figures/Tables Decent coverage of the page as per image requirement with proper

numbering e.g. fig. 1.1, 2.1 etc. (The Caption for Diagram / Figure must be given at the BOTTOM

of the Diagram / Figure and caption for the Table must be given at the TOPof the Table.)

8 Line Spacing 1.5

9 Page margins Left1.5,

Right, Top & bottom1

10 Indenting Justified (no tab indenting for new paragraphs)

11 Gap b/w paragraphs Single line spacing

12 Printing Single side only

13 Binding Hard Leather Bound

14 Chapter subheading numbering e.g. 1.1, 2.1.1 etc.

15 No blanks on the pages except at the end of the chapter.

16 Separator sheet between chapters mentioning chapter no. & title(Colored Sheet) and should also

carry one transparency with each separator sheet.

17 Reports should be Leather Bound with Black Base and Golden Print on it. Otherwise it will be notaccepted at any cost.
