Lodge Board of Officers and membership of __________________________ Lodge No.______, Loyal Order of Moose. Section (3) The President of the Moose Riders Activity Group should have the power to appoint Moose Riders Activity Group committees whenever he or she deems it appropriate (i.e., Rules Committee, Finance Committee, Food Committee, Publicity Committee, Activities Committee, Entertainment Committee, Membership Committee, etc.).

(C) Vice President

Section (1) The Vice President of the Moose Riders Activity Group will perform the duties of the office of the President of the Moose Riders Activity Group in his or her absence. In the event of the death or disability of the President of the Moose Riders Activity Group, the Vice President of the Moose Riders Activity Group should act until the officers of the Moose Riders Activity Group fill the vacancy. Section (2) The Vice President of the Moose Riders Activity Group should visit the sick or distressed and a committee may be appointed by the President of the Moose Riders Activity Group to assist in these duties.

(D) Secretary

Section (1) The Secretary of the Moose Riders Activity Group should keep the minutes and other official reports of the Moose Riders Activity Group; conduct the official correspondence of the Moose Riders Activity Group; keep all records, books, documents and papers relating to the Moose Riders Activity Group in such a place as designated by the officers of the Moose Riders Activity Group; issue all Moose Riders Activity Group membership cards (if so desired); and mail notice to all members when directed.

(E) Treasurer

Section (1) Upon approval of the Moose Riders Activity Group, the lodge shall request a dispensation for a savings account and monies from the Rider Activity Group shall be deposited into the Lodge savings account and be receipted to the Moose Rider Secretary. Any funds withdrawn on behalf of the Moose Rider Activity Group shall be voted and approved by the Moose Rider Activity Group membership and the Lodge officers. The funds shall be withdrawn by the Lodge Administrator, Lodge Governor and Moose Rider Activity Group Secretary whose names shall appear on the Savings Account. The Treasurer will submit a financial report at each monthly meeting of the Moose Riders Activity Group. At the annual meeting of the Moose Riders Activity Group, the Treasurer will submit a detailed financial report to the membership for the preceding calendar year. The Lodge Auditing Committee will audit the report.
