NAME ADDRESS ADDRESS CITY, ST ZIP
Dear NAME,
We hope you have enjoyed this hot summer! Be sure to join us September 20th, 5:30 – 7:00 for our Fall Kickoff at the home of Amy Paul, 1006 Country Club Drive, Greensboro.
For more than 2 decades, the Guild has provided significant financial assistance to Family Service by hosting major and minor fundraising events. These events have given Guild members an opportunity to sponsor and underwrite at various dollar levels. Your response has been wonderful! We know we can count on you to continue your support in the coming year.
Due to its success, we are continuing our Guild Gems Bundles of Giving program. This allows you to consolidate all your annual support of Family Service and the Guild into a single pledge, which may be paid in full or spread out over the course of the year. Just as a gem is precious to its owner for its rarity, value and beauty, Guild Gems Bundles of Giving honors those of you who pledge annually to the Guild and Family Service and who are likewise cherished for your good works and loyal support. (One way we show appreciation for our “Bundles” donors is by listing them in the annual Guild Directory.)
Remember, Guild Gems Bundles of Giving combines participation in all Guild fundraisers for the year, such as The Big Hair Ball, as well as the Greensboro Foundation's Annual Campaign and Oyster Roast. The different pledge levels and á la carte options available, and the various events covered, are listed on the enclosed sheets. Please take into account your typical annual commitments to Guild and agency fundraising, and choose the pledge level that is right for you. If your bundle includes event sponsorships, you will be recognized in publicity for those specific events (e.g. on invitations, signage, newsletters, etc.). If you do not wish to participate in Guild Gems Bundles of Giving, you may still choose to support each event separately.
Your past support has helped the Guild and Family Service bring healing and guidance to our neighbors in Greensboro who are in the greatest need. Please open your heart and make your pledge to support our 2018-2019 fundraising efforts. Use the form enclosed or give online at www.safeandhealthyfamilies.com/guild. Feel free to contact us with questions.
On behalf of all Greensboro children and families our agency serves, thank you for your continued support as a member of the Guild of Family Service of Greensboro.
Sincerely,
Andrea Knupp Donna Perkins Chair, Bundles of Giving Guild President [email protected] [email protected] 336-404-8850 336-339-4889
