Shall be submitted within a period of 7 days to concerned Branch Office of Town Planning & Valuation Department (Town Planners

Officer/ Nagar Niyojak Office/ AUDA/ SUDA) failing which or not complying with other requirement of registration as per the provision

of the Act, Rules and Regulations and as further required by the Authority, the promoter shall be liable to pay a delay processing charge

of Rs.1000/- per day thereafter.

Disclaimer: in case if the authenticated/ self-attested hard copies are not submitted, the application shall not be considered as

“submitted for registration”
