1 Introduction

1.1 Company Introduction

GOGAS Gulf Oil & Gas LLC was established in

1991 as an Electro – Mechanical Contracting

Company focusing quasi-exclusively on the Oil &

Gas sector in the UAE / GCC both in offshore and

onshore. Since then GOGAS has successfully

executed a number of projects primarily for the

ADNOC group companies (UAE). The company's

dominant operating policy has been to identify

customer’s needs and provide cost effective quality

services to meet the contractual requirements.

GOGAS has in focus specifically on upstream and downstream

Projects in the GCC / Middle East. Historically GOGAS has been

working with consortium to cover wide span of activities upstream

and downstream.

the fields of Electro Mechanical Projects and Marine

Services. With highly qualified management and staff,

GOGAS has the capability to offer a comprehensive

Our Marine division with its fleet of barges, tug boats

and floating crane barge takes care of the logistics

requirements of our clients as well as supporting in-

house projects division in the offshore construction

1.4 Offshore

GOGAS has been serving the Oil & Gas industry by

taking up specialized projects involving below water

and above water work related to modification and

maintenance of offshore Oil & Gas installations like

platforms, pipelines, jetties, loading facilities, etc.

1.5 Offshore Rigs

As member/leader of Consortium, case by case, we

supply, rent, provision of operations and maintenance

of onshore /offshore Rigs. Our Consortium Team has

vast experience and references can be furnished with all

information necessary to meet specific requirement

upon request.

We can offer specialist diving and underwater welding

services for maintenance and salvage operations. We

have our own floating barge crane, transport (dumb)

barges and tug boats which are deployed during

execution of our offshore projects and this gives us

greater control, flexibility and efficiency of operations

resulting in achieving tight project completion

schedules.

1.6 Onshore

In the onshore area GOGAS specializes in all types of

Piping (SS, NACE, CS, Cu-Ni, GRE, etc.), Mechanical

Equipment (static & rotary), Structural, Instrumentation,

Electrical and associated Civil works. Our sphere of

operations includes engineering, procurement, fabrication,

erection, testing and commissioning.

Another area of specialization is refurbishment and

modification of large size Tanks apart from building new

Tanks We also undertake dismantling of complete plants

including equipments / piping / instruments / tanks, etc. We

are uniquely experienced in undertaking plant modification

work in congested working plants and adopt stringent

safety measures as demanded by the hydrocarbon industry.

Our marine Division is responsible for

managing, operating and maintaining our

fleet of Transport Barges, Tug Boats and

Floating Barge Crane. This division provides

the vital offshore logistics support services to

our Project teams and also charter hires the

vessels, depending on planned usage.
