The “Partners Database”
A way to keep track of who is who in our network; to interact with them, provide services, track our involvement and report on our outcomes as a global network.
What is it for?
As a global network we need an up to date focal point for each contact in our network and all activities & successes etc. as they are reported.
This data enables us to
• Keep all the data (contacts, agreements, MoUs, decisions) in one place• Work more effectively, coordinate ourselves and collaborate (partner applications,
eVoting, Newsletters) • Report on our activities: Monitoring and reporting = Funding• Plan for the future• No single person can monitor it themselves• Satisfaction and success of our Partners is key• Central = Cost effectively
• Smart, globally informed decisions• Thinking local, being global
Who has Access
• RWPs• GWPO
Six key areas
Who’s who, what, where and what we’ve agreed to = Partners Database
A shared model = Regional Access
Using the data to inform the Network = Network Coordination
Managing our relationships = Agreements & Contracts
Planning our future = a Strategic Database
Advocacy and Communication = Mass Communications
= Business Intelligence. Know what to do, with who and when
Who runs it?
• GWPOs Network Coordinator manages access• RWPs interact with the Partner Applications, manage updates and provide
feedback via email or the online portal
