Good way to present and see what you have done Good planning tool – see where the ‘gaps’ in your

delivery are Map by cluster – opportunity to plan for all AYP

Schemes – no duplication of work/ Bombarding schools with Officers/Correspondence

Gwynedd Sport Development Team going to go through the same process – Map all activities for young People in Gwynedd and identify weaknesses in order to create a new Young People strategy – and therefore ensure that all young people throughout Gwynedd are TARGETED.
