gyeongbok palace tour

2
On the 29yh of March the KUBS Buddy Members went with the exchange students to the Gyeongbok Palace with a detour to a traditional market. We met each other just in time to see the Gwanghwamun Gate Guard- on-Duty Performance which was held inside the Palace. The exchange students could enjoy the view of the guard’s uniform, as well as the traditional weapons and accessories, which were a unique pleasure to experience and take pictures of. After watching the Ceremony we all went to a traditional market, where we received traditional coins, called Yeopjeon. Yaeopjeon, are brass coins with a square hole in the middle and were used in Korea in ancient times. But in this particular market we had the opportunity to use those coins again. In addition, we also received empty lunch boxes, which we later could fill up while passing by the different vendors that each offered foods like bunsikjeom and rice cake . I don’t know what to write here, you can add stuff, that was there…but I don’t know After enjoying our lunch we then again went to the Gyeongbok Palace to play games and enjoy the beautiful spring weather. We were divided into groups and every group received the missions. Some of them were easy, like taking a picture in front of Haechi, the statute just at the entrance of the Palace. Other missions were slightly harder to fulfill as we had to go searching for the particular places or statues described on the mission sheet. I think we all enjoyed not only the feeling of achievement after finally succeeding in finding the places that had to be taken a picture in front of, but also the Palace and the scenery that surrounded us. Furthermore we were fortunate to have sunny weather that made the whole experience even more pleasurable. At the end of our day at the Palace some of the groups were even fortunate enough to be rewarded with prices for their accomplished missions. On the whole it was a beautiful day,

On the whole it was a beautiful day, alongside the nicest company and surrounded by some of the most beautiful architecture. Too much enthusiasm? By the way if you dont like something, feel free to alter it!!! I hope it did well. :D
