Diet undoubtedly affects our appearance, condition and well-being. Changing your diet makes us feel a lot better. You should know what to eat to always

feel healthy, enjoy a slim figure and radiant complexion

Day should start with a decent breakfast. Breakfast really is very important. What should we eat for

breakfast?

Lunch

Lunch, part of which may not always be meat. From time to time you can safely be dispensed with. You should also replace some potatoes, pasta, rice, cereal larger portion

To lead a healthy lifestyle is necessary movement. Of course, the more calories you burn while running, cycling

than walking, but any exercise is beneficial for us. Movement is burned calories, less weight and body

accustomed to regular exercise.
