H1N1 Flu Information Confirmed cases of H1N1 have been reported in several states in the US, including Texas. The Student Health Center is closely monitoring the situation and will provide frequent updates to the campus. Please check the Texas State homepage or call 512.245.2424 for general information and questions. Prevention Tips 1. Wash your hands frequently with soap and water or use hand sanitizer often. 2. Cover your mouth or nose with tissue or your arm sleeve when coughing or sneezing. Do not reuse tissue. 3. Keep your hands away from your nose, mouth, and eyes. 4. Avoid close contact with people who are sick. 5. If you are sick, stay home to avoid spreading the illness to others.
