Unique and FlexibleMBA (RM) CurriculumThe MBA (RM) Programme is designed to balance academics both with classroom and experientiallearning. The two important components of the programme include Class Room Segments (CRSs)spread over 52 credits and, Field Work Segments (FWSs) of 36 credits across four semesters over twoyears. The students spend almost 10 weeks in each of the three field segments which are designedto achieve progressive learning.

KSRM has made Experiential Learning as one of the core focuses of our curriculum. It allows studentsto learn from live situations which are real and at the same time more complex than what can becreated in classroom in various ways including case discussion. The students have the flexibility tochoose among the various projects being offered by our partner organizations.

The courses offered in classroom segment in combination with learning from experiential segmentsallows students to carve out possible specializations into areas like agribusiness, banking, microfinance, marketing, sustainable development and others. This has been made possible byhaving an appropriate mix of compulsory and optional courses in the classroom segments. Theoptional courses provide the students a wider choice to specialize in their chosen areas of interest.

The course curriculum of MBA (RM) is broad based compared to mainstream MBA. We address thischallenge by enrolling a large panel of visiting faculty and practitioners who bring their unique andrelevant experiences to the classroom.
