Mediterranean Haddock 'al Forno' 50 Sea Cuisine™ Mediterranean Glazed Haddock Portions 2.5 L Rosé Sauce, prepared 2 L Baby Spinach 6 L Penne, cooked 1.5 L Cherry Tomatoes, sliced 24 Garlic Buds, roasted, sliced 750 ml Mozzarella Cheese, shredded 500 ml Breadcrumbs Ingredients: COURTESY OF HIGH LINER Serving Size: 100g/3.5 oz. Yield: 50 Preparation: 1. Bake Sea Cuisine™ Mediterranean Glazed Haddock in preheated oven, according to package directions. 2. Prepare rose sauce with equal portions cream and tomato sauce or use prepared sauce. 3. Sweat spinach in saucepan over low heat. Cool. 4. Assemble pasta and other ingredients in large steam table pan topped with cheese and breadcrumbs. 5. Bake in 350°F (180°C) preheated oven 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reached 174°F (75°C). 6. Portion onto plates and top with prepared Sea Cuisine™ Mediterranean Glazed Haddock.
