- Position: Production Manager (Current)

CNC Department In-charge (previous)

- Responsibilities:

First I was hire In this company as a “CNC Department In-charge” then due to my

performance and work efficiency they promoted me as a “Production manager”. Managing workers( Day and Night Shift).

Supervision of CNC machining process. Supervision of Drilling/Milling/Grinding/Taping process. Supervision of Sheet metal process.

Supervision of inspection process. Supervision of packing/dispatch process.

Also I escort maintenance department. Execution of production plan assigned by top management.

Prepare and update inventory file. Programming in CNC lathe (Vertical & Horizontal) Maintenance of Machine through

parametrically or verbally.

Making 2D & 3D Parts Designing in AutoCAD, Delcam & Pro-engineering. Development Jig & Fixture.

Responsible for the production of all parts. Production programs, Updating / Scheduling, Resource Management. Prepare process flow charts and quality control charts and prepared production
