SMTOWN Coex Artium SMTOWN, a must-see place for K-pop fans is an entertainment space full of meeting and various experiences of SM entertainment stars. On the 1st floor welcome stage, the stars broadcasts are broadcasted through starwall, and on the 2nd floor, there is the celebrity shop exhibiting and selling fashion, beauty and lifestyle items of celebrities and souvenirs. On the 3rd floor SMTOWN studio, you can tour the vocal and dance training room, recording room and music video studio, experiencing the life of an artist. On the 4th floor library café, you can view the history of SMTOWN, won trophies and various contents, tasting the beverages and desserts themed with stars. On the 5th and 6th floor, there is the SMTOWN theatre where you can watch floating hologram performances, and you can make the figures of stars in 3D printing method. SMTOWN is playing a role as a place for the stars to meet and communicate with fans. Various K-Pop events of SM Entertainment’s presentation show, singers’ showcases and concerts and cultural lectures are held in the SMTOWN theatre. Especially, ‘THE ARTIST PACKAGE’ allowing you to receive professional trainer lessons and makeup, and to participate in album making and filming through the studio tour is a special experience you could only have at SMTOWN.

Bongeunsa Temple Once known as Gyeonseongsa Temple, Bongeunsa Temple is located to the north of COEX building, and was constructed in the 10th year of Silla King Weongseong’s reign (794). In 1498, Queen Jeonghyeon refurbished Gyeonseongsa Temple at the east of King Seongjong’s royal mausoleum and renamed the temple as Bongeunsa. Originally located near the royal maulsoleum (1km southwest), the temple was transferred to its current location during Joseon King Myeongjong’s reign. 3,479 Buddhist scriptures of 13 types, including the works of Kim Jeong-hee, are stored here. The Buddhist ceremony called Jeongdaebulsa, is held every September 9th of the lunar calendar, where monks march carrying the scriptures on their heads and recite the Beopseongge (Buddhist rites).

Hallyu K-Star Road Featuring the latest hallyu trend, visitors will be able to discover restaurants and attractions frequented by popular hallyu stars while walking along the Hallyu K-Star Road. The road is separated into four zones: A Zone, the area between Dosan Park Sageori Intersection and Hakdong Sageori Intersection; B Zone, the area between Hakdong Sageori Intersection and Cheongdam Sageori Intersection; C Zone, the area between Cheongdam Sageori Intersection and southern crossroad of Yeongdongdaegyo Bridge; and D Zone, the area between Dosan Park Sageori Intersection and Sinsa Station Sageori Intersection. In particular, D Zone includes Sinsadong Garosu-gil Road, a popular spot in Seoul.

Samsung D’light Located within the Samsung Electronics building in Seocho-dong, Seoul, ‘Samsung d’light’ is a global exhibition space that showcases the latest product lineup by Samsung Electronics. The name d’light combines the words ‘digital’ and ‘light’ to correlate with the company’s vision of being ‘a guiding light to the digital world’ and sharing the excitement and delight of digital technology through interaction with visitors. The ‘d’ also carries with it the connotation of ‘dynamic,’ ‘dream,’ and ‘diversity.’ The three-storied exhibition space is not merely a display of electronic products, but a space of interaction that allows visitors to experience new life patterns through state-of-the-art digital technology categorized by theme. It is comprised of the digital lounge & shop (B1F), the mobile plaza (1F), and global gallery (2F) that features hands-on activities.

Gangnam Station & Underground Shopping Center Consumers in their 20s to 30s are frequent visitors to Gangnam Station Underground Shopping Center. The mall is located in Gangnam Station of Seoul Subway Line 2, and consists of all the latest fashion trends.
