Dear,When I first thought about elegant and attractive place to frame my project, something clicked…. I don't know what, but it just did...And then I said to myself that I should contact a special personality for such decision …

As you start reading my words, there are something’s you should know; It is Simple meaning in a great world, combining shore and offshore, floating and submerged, creating and separating artificial island from its real land with a simple Know-how.

“Plus photos and pictures, that has meaning, direction and rhyme, profit and clear.

What I want you to see and read in my proposal is that the new real big Project is not only Obvious...But rather Disburse…Submerging Deep in our project is to understand what is there…Floating in the surface of our project is to take time to reflect ideas, pictures and photos…

Well known location that is one of the most beautiful and prestigious place of its kind, special in its environment.Such Pioneer site needs a special attention and a sublime intention with new invention…

It is a 'semi-submerged' Floating Hub allowing sub-surface viewing Through Acrylic windows…

It is best defined as a Floating Concept station could be towed and transfer to other location…

Nights and lights will bring thousands of shimmering diamonds while surrounded by a glowing iridescent blue sea….

The view from the subsurface window will be of a reef with real sea life seen illuminated by blue light filtering down from above.

These calm nights on the water offer a magical atmosphere where romance is renewed,

Guests are conceived, new goals are pondered, and lasting memories are made.

These are also the reasons our guests will have an unforgettable 'standout' dining compared to all other worldwide restaurants.

These are just some of the possibilities of our Underwater Restaurant.

While this presentation makes it look real, it is a ‘proposed’ project and is yet to be built…..It is not a project for timid people, It is a project for professional with vision and commitment….

EMIRATES PALACE UNDERWATER RESTAURANT will be surrounding by an artificial reef as basic as arranging existing rocks near the site and making a very colorful construction like that shown ….

The layout will be generally as several reefs running parallel to each other along both sides of the underwater restaurant sites.

The artificial reef will be ''planted" with plants and sea life of the area and after about an 18 months, will reach a state of near equilibrium.

The artificial reef will become a real reef, which is a home to small fish and other sea life. Fish feeders that let out small amounts of fishmealOn a regular schedule they will be located on THE UNDERWATER

RESTAURANT in all around the windows view.
