TAAT (Theatre as Architecture Architecture as Theatre)During their successful cooperation for KHOR I (a theatre installation for

Belgian architect Breg Horemans discovered how their respective dis-ciplines could challenge and enrich each other. They founded TAAT, a collective operating on the cutting edge of theater, architecture, visual art

-tecture as a starting point TAAT focusses on developing an ‘architectural

-cal self and other in a space.

towards the construction of a building that is a theater play (and a theatre -

logue by going through a sequence of different spaces or scenes. Each

shaping and guiding the visceral connection between the two partici--

3.CONTENT

SELF/OTHERHALL33 focusses on the non-verbal, physical, visceral and psychologi-
