Hello Angels,
This month I am thankful for the wonderful Angels of our Guild for all coming together to make the month of October such a whirl‐wind delight. Thank you first to our CHOC Walk Chairs, Regina Bernabe and Linda Kelley. We raised more than our challenged $11,237, all with the help of our Angels.
A Heavenly Thank You goes out to Camille Ki ridge our Home Tour Chair. The homes were wonderful and each unique. I heard only compliments from our guests. It was a long day but well worth it. Your vision and experience was appreciated by everyone a ending and working the tours.
Thank you double to Ione Levin and Lucie Forward. You ladies of the Gi Faire sprinkled your magic fairy dust on the event and made it magical. Lots of great items to sell and buy. All the lucky a endees were treated to a wonderful display of hand made goodies and beau ful gi s that you could pur‐chase for yourself or that someone special. With the holidays right around the corner, the Gi Faire was the perfect place to start the shopping season (even if the shopping was only for you).
Thank you everyone for your long hours, hard work and me commi ed to help raise funds for the children of CHOC.
All that's le to say is.... WELL DONE ANGELS, WELL DONE!
Wishing you all a Great Turkey Day, and look out Christmas is right around the corner. Thank you!

Pursenally Yours
The first Pursenally Yours Commi ee Mee ng took place on October 30. Pleased to report that in addi on to our long‐ me members, six new Provisionals were on hand to learn about the different commi ees and signed up to help where they thought they could help the most. An excellent team is in place and I am excited to work with such a talented group of members. Sandy Sligar is heading up the Purse Auc on again this year and needs your help in dona ng unique, designer or gently used purses. She also needs help in collec ng bid sheets as the auc on closes on each sec on. If you don’t like shopping, Linda Kelly, will be your own Pursenal Shopper again this year. Grab Bag Items also need to be donated. Both Ann Hart and Denise Horst have offered their spare rooms to store these items un l Flossie does her magic with these items. Kathy Hornsby is heading up Patrons and would like to increase our sponsorship of this event by securing both indi‐vidual and corporate sponsorships. Set‐up and Clean‐up volunteers are also needed. Marlene, Annie and I are so proud of our Angels‐in‐Training. At every event, we have seen many new members lending their talents and elbow grease to help make our events be er. Tricia Livermore and Stephanie Giamela not only took on the job of Signage for Home Tour and Gi Faire, but also worked Gi Faire in the CHOC Shop. Tricia and her husband also provided décor items and family manpower to the Ar st Recep on. Tricia and Steph‐anie also designed the gorgeous baskets on our Gi Faire Table. At our Orienta on Breakfast and we asked if the Provisionals would like to design and decorate a Christmas Tree for the Mother Goose Guild Christmas Brunch event as a team‐building project, and I no sooner got the words out than three of the members were off to Hobby Lobby for materials. Thank you Patricia Reas, Judy Graichen and Linda Dunn. We now have five bags full of beau ful silver and gold decora ons. Annie Cruse and Maria Lindsey will be heading up this project and will contact our new members for a crea ve mee ng in the next week or two. Thank you Provisionals! We are off to a great start.
