• 1 cup cocoa powder

• ½ cup honey

• 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar

METHOD

1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl. Use the hand blender to blend to a thick silky consistency.

2. Carefully spoon the mousse into dessert glasses and refrigerate for 1 hour.

3. Garnish with mint leaves, coarsely chopped walnuts or almonds, and whipped cream. You can also replace the nuts with freshly grated coconut.
