Whey powder problems

The problem:

Whey powder can tend to be sticky and commonly does

not flow well. In addition, cleaning the equipment with

water runs the risk of bacterial growth if not dried

properly.

Solution:

Matcon IBCs are cleaned with an Airwash station

thereby avoiding the regular use of water. Cone Valve

technology in the IBC promotes flow of whey powder.
