SAFETY IS ESSENTIAL Effective Learning Experience Our 3-day hands-on boiler training school takes place at our in-house facility and is designed to teach safety along with both basic and advanced troubleshooting techniques. Training on operational boilers within our boiler room station provides students with the best representation of field conditions and situations. This training technique has proven to be a more effective learning experience than sitting in a classroom working on simulator boards. Throughout the training, students are encouraged to ask questions, bring up discussion topics, as well as share knowledge about situations and problems experienced in the field. Training is conducted by instructors with a combined 90+ years of field experience. To assess student performance and evaluate retention of information, a test is given at the end of the 3-day hands-on boiler training school before certificates are awarded.
