Establishment of NetSci Society, China Chapter
The Chinese Chapter of the Network Science Society will be officially established during the
NetSciX 2018 international conference on 6th Jan. 2018. (Banquet time). The missions of
China Chapter include but not limited to: (i) to do our best to establish a bridge between
Chinese scholars and the international NetSci Society; (ii) to coordinate activities like:
conferences & seminars, prizes for the best local thesis/young scientists, nomination of
Chinese researchers for ER Prize etc.; (iii) to popularize network science in China among
general public by various activities.
