Whereas the SSP Doda vide his communication referred in column No. 07 above hasalso further reported that despite strenous efforts made by the police as well as con-cerned relatives/family members, the said missing persons could neither be traced outnor their whereabouts known.Whereas, the above detailed persons remained untraced from the dated shownagainst each above in column No. 04 for the whole period subsequently. The SSPDoda has recommended for necessary action in the cases U/S 108 of Evidence ActSvt. 1977.Whereas, the cases have been completed and subsequently cleared by the DistrictLevel Screening cum Coordination Committee Doda in its meeting held on 29-09-2015, for issuance of declaration of the missing persons, “as dead”.Therefore, it is hereby notified for information of general public, relatives/family mem-bers/neighbours of the above said missing persons that if any of them has/have anyinformation with regard to aliveness/wellbeing of any missing peson(s), he/she/theyshould report the matter to the Additional Deputy Commissioner Doda, immediately forfurther necessary action. Furthermore, it is also desirable by virtue of publication of thisnotification that any person(s) having any objection with regard to issuance of declara-tion of death of missing persons, shall file his/her/their objections before the AdditionalDeputy Commissioner Doda, within a period of fifteen days from the date of publica-tion of this notification through renowned Jammu based newspaper(s).
