Benefits:

Hospitalization cover : Protects the insured person for in-patienthospitalization expenses for a minimum of 24 hours. These expensesinclude room and boarding charges as per the policy conditions.

Nursing expenses

Surgeons fees, Consultants fees, Anesthetist's fees and Specialists fees

Cost of medicines and drugs

Emergency ambulance charges for transporting the insured patient to thehospital up to 1% of sum insured or Rs.2,000/- which ever is less.

Happy Family Floater Policy is available in 2 options

a) Silver : available from sum insured of Rs.1 lakh to 5 lakhs(10% co pay).

b) Gold: available from 6 lakhs to 10 lakhs(without co pay).

Inform the ID/policy number for easy reference.

In case of planned hospitalization, please inform 24 hours prior to

admission into hospital.

In case of emergency hospitalization, information to be given within 24

hours after hospitalization.

At non network hospitals, payments must be made up front and then

reimbursement will be effected on submission of documents.

Any person between 3 months 60 years residing in India.

No age limit for continuous renewal.

Family includes proposer, spouse, children(up to 25 years) and dependent

parents and in-laws.

Pre existing diseases are covered after 48 months from the date of

inception of the policy subject to no claim with continuous renewal.

Arthroscopic Knee Surgery,

Laparoscopic therapeutic Surgeries,

Any Surgery Under General Anesthesia

Operation theatre is fully equipped for the Operation required in respect of the

above diseases

Any disease contracted by the insured person during the first 30 days

from the date of the commencement of the policy except treatment for

accidental external injuries are excluded.

During the period of insurance cover, the expenses on treatment of the

following ailments/diseases/surgeries for specified periods are not

payable if contracted and/or manifested during the currency of the policy.
