HAPPY NEW YEAR

Nobels, Ladies and Friends of El Jebel

Ladies welcome

Mike

Trevathan

It’s the start of a new year and a new year for El Jebel. I hope that you had as much fun at El Jebel as Mary and I did this last year. It was an important year for El Jebel and your support made it a success. One of the biggest goals was to sell and move from our building. Now we need to keep that positive momentum going as we prepare our new home. December was another busy month with all of the unit Christmas parties and other events. Elections were held at the December Stated meeting and I wish the 2016 Divan all the best. The Children’s Christmas party was above and beyond spectacular. Don and Cathie Weiser and their committee did an outstanding job putting this event to-gether. Many thanks to the committee, the RADOPS, the OPTARS, the Computer Club, the Band and of course Santa and his helpers. What’s coming up in January? January 9th – Installation of the 2016 Divan and unit officers. January 11th – Stated meeting at the Consistory. January 15th – Shrine Night at the National Western Stock Show and Rodeo. January 16th – Unit Officers Meeting Check with the El Jebel home page for details for these events and upcoming events. I am going to need a lot of help to sell CD’s at the “Who” Concert on March 29th. The concert will be at the Pepsi Center and we need at least 50 volunteers to help sell. Volunteers can consist of Shriners, their ladies, friends and family. A portion of the funds raised will go to the Shrine Hospital for Children – Salt Lake. This is a fun opportunity to help raise money for our hospital, raise awareness of who Shriners are and to see a free “Who” concert. There will be more details as we get closer to March 29th. “And now we welcome the new year. Full of things that have never been.” ~ Rainer Maria Rilke

The 14 December 2015 Stated Meeting was preceded by dinner in the Scottish Rite Tem-ple Dining Room where many Nobles and their spouses enjoyed camaraderie, libations and a three course meal. After dinner, the Stated Meeting began at 7:00 pm on the dot with the march in of Past Potentates Illustrious: Jack Patten, Dick Williams, Tony Dattilo, Ed Ren-don, Dennis Proctor, Matt Raia, and Phil Hause. Also joining the meeting was Past Im-perial Chaplain Greg Rindone. The Divan en-tered and assumed their stations and places followed by the final grand entrance of the Po-tentate, Illustrious Mike Trevathan. The Le-gion of Honor presented the Nation’s Colors followed by the Pledge of Allegiance lead by the Potentate and the National Anthem. The Flag detail was dismissed. Our Chaplain, Jim Oliver gave the invocation and recognized first the passing of Noble Clarence Cox who served our Temple and the Shrine for many faithful

years. Then all our Nobles who passed to the celestial lodge above during 2015 were re-membered by prayer and eulogy. The Poten-tate officially welcomed our Past Potentates mentioned above.

Our 2016 scheduled fundraising projects were presented. Assistant Rabban, Rich Sil-ver stated that he is continuing work to se-cure a viable circus contract that may be with a different vendor. The Circus dates are set-tled as 29 April through 1 May. The Kick-off will be in January. More details will be availa-ble after a firm contract is negotiated. Chief Rabban, Larry Clark stated that the Sports-men’s Raffle is in the planning stages with on-ly minor changes forecast from previous events. The Raffle will be held on 20 August at a place to be determined.

Two presentations were made. Chuck Pe-tersen, Greg Rindone and Dennis Proctor, rep-resenting the 2015 CSSA, presented a check to the Temple for $25,626.31 to be dedicated to membership retention. Specifically to sup-port quarterly meetings designed to spear-head innovative and productive programs to interest non-participating members to once again get involved with the many activities offered and possibly start new ones of interest to nobles. Recommendations are needed from everyone. Two of interest are a Brewers Club and Cigar Club. Let your thinking wan-der and tell us what would be fun for you and a group of nobles. There is no limit to what we can do once we put our minds and actions together. The Dune Buggy Patrol had their raffle in conjunction with the Sportsmen’s Raf-fle that was a $500 gift certificate to Edwards’ Meat. The winner let the Patrol know that he would like to donate his winnings to the Tem-ple Operating Fund and thus a check for $500 was presented to the Temple.

The following announcements were made:

Children’s Christmas Party 20 December (Highlands Lodge)

Officers’ Installation 9 January

Shrine Night at the Stock Show 15 January

Unit Officers’ Meeting 16 January

On 29 March our Temple will be supporting the “Who” Concert at the Pepsi Center. At least 50 volunteers are needed to attend and assist. Illustrious Mike Trevathan is organiz-ing the event and wants all nobles to consider volunteering. Yes, you will get the see the show.

The Potentate gave his “farewell address” by stating that 2015 was a wonderful year because of the nobility support throughout the year. He then gave a brief summary of our building sale and purchase with our move to our new facility in October. It is projected that construction on building modifications will begin in January. Details will be present-ed as available throughout the process. Il-lustrious Mike concluded by saying that 2016 will be a great year for new activities and that he is looking forward to such, ending with a heartfelt thank you to all. At this point all non-Shriners were relocated for their program while the Business Meeting was then formally opened. The Potentate called the assembly to order and received the published Treasurer’s and Recorder’s reports that were accepted (passed) by the nobility. A house count was then taken with the out-come showing 76 nobles in attendance. Mo-tions were made and passed to accept the proposed Circus and Sportsmen’s Raffle pro-grams. This was followed by the formal elec-tion of officers and representatives conducted by Illustrious Tony Dattilo. The results of which are delineated at the beginning of the

article. The tellers were Illustrious James Fitzpatrick, Dick Williams and Phil Hause. The 2016 Temple Budget was distributed to all attendees prior to the meeting and at this time a motion was made and seconded to approve the budget. There being no discus-sion, the 2016 Budget was approved. Prior to closing, the nobles were informed that Noble Barry Watson had passed away on 12 December. Barry was a dedicated Shriner and had worked diligently in the Temple of-fice in support of El Jebel. Always remember there will always be a place for you to participate and thus have fun. Get involved, form a new unit or club. Find your place by talking with brothers known and unknown. After all, we are broth-ers and as a family we are all ready and will-ing to support you whatever it may be. You have joined the Shrine, now actively join the Temple. Jay Bobick

There was a friend whose heart was good.

He walked with men and understood.

His was a voice that spoke with cheer, And felt like music on the ear.

His was a smile men loved to see; His was a hand that asked no fee For friendliness or kindness done. And now that he has jour-neyed on, His is a fame that never ends---He leaves behind uncounted friends.

EL JEBEL FAMILY AND DANCE BAND REPORT Gene W. King, BOD, VP Both the Dance band and the Family band are having a busy December; both bands are practicing at the Scottish Rite Consistory until we get into the new building. The Family band is playing for the El Jebel Stated meeting on December 14th, held at the Scottish Rite Consistory in Denver at 14th and Logan and will play again for the El Jebel kid’s Christmas party, held at the Highlands lodge on north Federal, on December 20th. The Dance band is playing a gig at the Englewood Elks Club on December 18th from 7 to 11 PM. The annual Christmas party for both bands was held at the Mount Vernon Country Club on Sunday December 13th; fortunately, it was scheduled for 11 -2 PM, allowing Bronco fans to get home in time to see the Broncos whip up on the Oakland Raiders. (Unfortunately, that didn’t happen). An outstanding breakfast buffet, with deli-cious deserts, was laid out and everyone had a great time. Members brought wrapped gifts which were auctioned off by our Illustrious Po-tentate and baritone sax/clarinet player, Mi-chael Trevathan, and the $291 funds added to

the band’s bank account. Malcom, the bands semi-official mas-cot (above), who came from a gal-axy far, far away was relocated to the loving home of Marv and Marlene

Feldman. SPECIALS: In recognition of the tremendous effort and work done over the past year on behalf of both bands, Rick Frohlick and Marv Feldman was rewarded with a full size carrot-cake for Rick and a sugar-free cherry pie for Marv. They had the audacity to take them home without shar-ing!!!!! I was surprised to learn I had been selected as Bandsman of the Year, a great honor. Chanters -A New Year – Let’s Keep Grow-ing By Nils Nordberg “Thank You” to all who participated in our performances in early December. I was ap-proached at dinner after the Installation of Of-

ficers at Harmony Lodge by one of the ladies who had been in attendance and told how much our singing added to the ritual of the af-ternoon. And I was also complemented after the Stated Meeting and Election by a Noble who told me that we sounded great that night. Let’s keep up our good work of “Supporting Shrinedom Through Song.” At our December dinner and meeting we set the basis for a successful 2016, electing Rodg-er Peabody as President, Phred Dare as V-P, and Nils Nordberg as Secretary-Treasurer. Our thanks go to Mona Eckley for a delightful meal at her beautifully decorated home. We will have our new officers installed on Saturday, January 9, at the Doubletree Hotel in Aurora, following the installation of El Jebel officers. This will be an open meeting, with ladies invited. On Saturday morning, January 16, our new officers are expected at an Officers’ Forum, a very important part of the planning process for our new year. The Chanters are always on the lookout for a few more Nobles to add to the quality of our singing. Contact Director Nils Nordberg at [email protected] or 978-501-2806. We also could use a couple of Nobles who can help out in some non-singing roles. If you play the organ, piano or electric keyboard, we would love to have you accompany us at re-hearsals and performances. And we would like to find a Noble who enjoys working with micro-phones, cables, mixers, amplifiers, power sup-plies and speakers to parade with us on board Boris. Let’s be ready for a great parade sea-son in 2016. El Jebel Computer Club By George Van Trump

The Dec meeting was started with lunch at Davies’ Chuck Wagon Diner. Following lunch, a business meeting was held with 9 members and guests present. The meeting started with a program on “Blue Tooth” by Vic, club president followed by Jim Taylor who talked about “Wi-Fi” Each gave examples of its

9

applications to computers and related equip-ment. After the program, a business meeting was held; the treasurer’s report was read and ap-proved. A discussion was held about the 2016 El Jebel circus. A motion was made and ap-proved to take out a full page color ad in the program for this circus. A motion was also made and approved to give a donation to Transportation fund in the name of Henry He-ring. John Zeaphey, our Divan Rep, gave a report on the happenings at El Jebel. The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, Jan 12 with a program on “U-Tube” by Jim Taylor and John Zeaphey. The meeting starts with lunch at 11:30 am at Davies’ Chuck Wag-on Diner, followed by our regular meeting at 12:45 pm at Davies’. Davies’ is located at 10151 West 26th Avenue, Wheatridge. All Shriners are invited to attend and join our Club; dues are just $12.00 per year; 1st year’s dues are free for new members. Wives and guests are always welcome. If you have any questions, please contact George Van Trump at 303-232-3542 or at [email protected]. Directors Staff By Don Douglass Greetings to all Nobles and Ladies, At the retirement community that I live in, there are four elevators and each one contains the same quote of the day. Sometimes they make sense and other times they do not. I will try to pick out a couple during the month that I think; you might enjoy and pass it along to you. Quote – “Love is a game that two can play and both win.” – Eva Gabor Quote – “In dreams and in love there are no Impossibilities” - Unknown Quote- “England and America are two coun-tries separated by the same language.” – George Bernard Shaw Quote- “It is a fine seasoning for joy to think of those we love.” - Moliere Stated Shrine Meetings - Our January stated meeting, and quite pos-sibly our February and March 2016 meetings, will be held at Denver Consistory, 1370 Grant Street. Please see the Red Fez for details. Please remember that our new 2016 leaders will hold their first stated meeting on January 11, 2016. So please attend, if you can. Director’s Staff Monthly Business Meeting – Please see the Monthly Business meeting minutes to know the location of our next eat-

ing and business meeting location(s). Work nights - Our Director will notify us, as to where and when we need to meet for a work night. Parades Our parades for 2016 have not been post-ed yet. However, I doubt if they will be much different than in the past years. So please mark your calendars accordingly. Director’s Staff Yearly Unit Officers Instal-lation—Sunday, January 17, 2016, will be held at Dave’s Chuck Wagon, 10151 West 26th Ave-nue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, basically this is a little bit West of 26th and Kipling on the North side of the street. Please see the latest Direc-tor’s Staff business meeting minutes for infor-mation regarding the start time, cost, and res-ervation information. Nobles and Ladies, let’s keep everyone that is under the weather, as well as, our men and women fighting to protect our freedom, and those members of law enforcement, fire fight-ers, and paramedics in our thoughts and pray-ers. Englewood Shrine Club by Don Phelps HAPPY NEW YEAR. We are ready to get the year off with a joint installation and social with the Legion of Honor. We had to change the date to January 16, 2016 so that the Po-tentate and Divan have been installed. The Legion of Honor will hold their installation will be at 4:30 pm and the Englewood Shrine Club will be after dinner. This all takes place at Ra-diant Temple (2nd and Acoma Denver). We welcome everyone to this installation and so-cial. The social starts at 5:30 pm with dinner at 6:30 pm. The cost of dinner and dancing is only $18 per person. The meal is catered by Mona and Kent Eckley. Reservations are a must to be made with Don Phelps 303-471-2481 or [email protected]. Make reservations by January 13, 2016. Now for information of GREAT im-portance. Our trip to Black Hawk is scheduled for January 14, 2016. This is important be-cause we need more people. We are close to losing our bus. We meet at High-lands Temple (35th and Federal) at 9:45 am. Let me know if you are coming (Don Phelps as above) if you are coming so we will have a count for the bus.

Jeffco Shrine Club By Jim Cram For our December 2nd luncheon, we were pleased have our Divan Rep. John Zeaphey and his lady Margaret in attendance. Jack Rus-sell presided and John presented a written list of upcoming Shrine activities and schedules. A Get Well Wish to Wendell Martin, who re-cently had cataract surgery and a small tumor was found in the back of his eye. Tests indi-cate it is a melanoma that is of concern. The doctor’s advice is to wait a few months and then reevaluate is there is further growth. A Get Well Wish to Lorna Schillereff, who is experiencing severe back pain. She did have an epidermal shot some months ago but the pain has returned and requires further evalua-tion. The traditional OPTARS Christmas celebra-tion was held on December 1st at the Home-stead Golf Club. Attendees included the Jeffco Shrine Club and persons from several other Interbodies. In addition to the great food, the entertainment from Mike and Bonnie Coats “The Time Farmers” was very much appreciat-ed. A Big Thank You to Jim and Judy Taylor for making the arrangements. Lance Barron continues his Masonic activi-ties. He will be installed as Senior Warden for the LaVeta Lodge #59 this month. He is also active in the Trinidad Shrine Lodge and York Rite. Chapin Blake reports Inga Casperson is moving but her new address is not yet availa-ble. Chapin is a recent Honor Flight veteran, and especially enjoyed meeting Bob Dole. Bob is currently raising funds for the “Ike Memori-al,” approved by Congress in 1999. Ike Ei-senhower served as Supreme Allied Command-er of World War II and later became the 34th President of the U.S. Frank (Smoky) Yoritomo is doing well at home but has not attended any of the Bronco games this year. He and Minnie have had Bronco season ticket for over 50 years. Glenn Moore is home and using a walker as he recovers from a severe ankle fracture. He says driving his car is in the near future. Lewis Maxson is also feeling better and getting ready for his Texas family to join him and June for the Christmas time festivities He says perhaps he will bring some of his Texas family to a Jeffco Shrine luncheon. Keystone Kops—By Larry N. Clark The Keystone Kops had a pleasant month

of December. There was the Keystone Kops business meeting, the IBEW Christmas Party, the Keystone Kops Christmas Party, the Stated Meeting, Christmas with the family, New Year’s Eve, and the Broncos. The Kops had our December business meeting at Twin Peaks Restaurant, the normal suspects attended. We then took our jail and trundled north to the IBEW 68 Christmas Party for our normal interaction with the kids and the Union members. The next day we gath-ered a Mt Vernon Country Club for the Kops Christmas Party. We had the Sunday Brunch, as usual everyone ate and drank way too much. All in all, we had a good meal, a good group, and a good time. Several Kops made it to the Stated Meeting for the Election of Offic-ers. The rest of the month the Kops kicked back and did family stuff for the Holidays. The Kops that were so inclined found time in their busy schedules to watch a little bit of Bronco football. There is one correction, 2nd Vice President elect is Mike Scott. Our newly elected Officers for 2016 are: President Skip Bush, 1st Vice President Mike Katch, 2nd Vice President Mike Scott, Secretary Larry Clark, and Treasurer Rich Silver. This is the group no matter how much kicking, screaming, and begging they came up with, this is it. Legion of Honor—by Don Phelps We had a new member join us in Novem-ber Ric Dena. We need more members, I was putting together the roster for 2016 and the Black Camel took three of our members in 2015. Most of you Nobles are Veterans. It costs $45 to join which includes your dues for 2016. We have a summer and winter parade uniform and a dress uniform. Contact me Don Phelps 303-471-2481 or our Commander Dave King 303-570-2651 for more information. In January we will hold our installation at Radiant Temple (2nd and Acoma Denver) on January 16, 2016 at 4:30 pm. This is a joint meeting with Englewood Shrine Club. There will be a social hour at 5:30 and dinner at 6:30. The cost of the evening of dinner and dancing is $18 per person. Be there and sup-port our new officers. Reservations are a must to know how much food to prepare. Make res-ervations with Don Phelps 303-471-2481 [email protected]. We need reserva-tions by January 13, 2016.

Loveland Shrine Club by Jimmy Jibsail Commanding center stage for anniver-saries this month are Al and Marilyn Duey, to-gether for 60 years! When you find the right companion, everything else falls into place; huge congrats! We did not have a meeting in December due to insufficient attendance; hopefully, the New Year will bring better participation. We can't control visits by the black camel but together we can douse any cancerous apa-thy. We have fun times together and the best meals ever in our history, so come and don't be shy. It is time to send in your dues for 2016; where else can you find fellowship like this for $10? On a personal note, I relegate 2015 to the dungeon of unwanted memories of medical pit-falls. Things happen to all of us that we didn't sign up for and we can only work our way back to a normal life (whatever that is). Let's band together tightly and make this the best year ever for the club! We meet on the 2nd Wednesday of the month; call Thad for reservations @ 970-669-3069 at least 2 days prior. Happy new year to all! "It is not the place, nor the condition, but the mind alone that can make anyone happy or miserable." --Roger L'Estrange Meeters of El Jebel—By George Moreno The Meeters would like to say congratula-tion to the following: Congratulations to our New Illustrious Potentate Larry Clark, Congratulations to our New Elected Divan and appointed Divan. The Meeters would also like to Congratu-late Wayne Wells for his 25 years of dedicated service to the Denver Colorado Consistory. The Meeters would like to Congratulate Matthew Raia on becoming the New Secretary for the Denver Colorado Consistory. The Meeters would like to thank Don Weiser and all the dedicated volunteers for their hard work on the Christmas party for the kids. Northern Seven Shrine Club By George Van Trump

The Dec 11 meeting was held at the McCoy’s Restaurant, Denver, CO, with 11 members and guests present. The meeting started with the Pledge and a prayer. The Treasurer’s report was read and approved. A motion was made and approved to keep the same officers in 2016 as were in 2015, Don Burbank president, Wes Campbell Secretary/Treasurer, and Geo VanTrump membership chair/Red Fez reporter. President Don stated that all future meeting would be held at McCoy’s Restaurant until further notice. Clara Moreno, the wife of our divan rep, spoke about the happening at El Jebel. The next meeting will be held at 11:30 am on Friday, Jan 8 at McCoy’s Restaurant, 4855 Federal Blvd, Denver. Reservations are re-quired by calling at Wes 303-423-7264 or Don at 303-452-2137. All are invited to attend this meeting including wives and guests. Shriners are encouraged to join. Dues are $15.00 per year; the 1st year’s dues are free for new members. If you have any questions, please contact George Van Trump at 303-232-3542 or at [email protected].

From RV Roamers: Tribute to Henry Hering, one of our loyal and trustworthy supporters. All any of us can hope for in this life is to make a positive differ-ence and be remembered---“Kuz”, you fulfilled this in every way.

OPTARS - By J & J Taylor On Dec. 1st, Optars enjoyed their annual Christmas dinner, again at The Homestead Grill. We had invited several other units, and so the total number of Shriners and wives/guests was 26. The entertainment was delightful---“The Tune Farmers”, Mike on a guitar and Bonnie on a mandolin. They did almost an hour’s worth of singing, har-monizing in perfect pitch! The Homestead Grill did such a wonderful job with the food, etc., that it has been booked for Tuesday, December 6, 2016. So mark it on your calendar! Our next dinner meeting will be next year (!) on Tuesday, January 5th, at Davies’ Chuck Wagon Diner, on 26th Ave. near Kip-ling. Swen Hoffman will be doing the pro-gram, “Lompoc Mural Art by Phone Camera”, whatever that is; be ready for a flier in the December mail about this (he might be keeping that subject as a surprise so that everyone will have to show up!). We’ll see you there!

WESTERN COLORADO SHRINE CLUB

Our fearless leader called us to order at 11:45 Dec. 8th in the Grand Vista Motel at Grand Junction CO. The invocation was given by our Chaplin Bob Magos and Sargent at Arms Roger Phillips led us in the Pledge of Allegiance. Moved, seconded and approved buy membership to approve the minutes of last meeting as published and mailed. That saves us a lot of time. Secretary Ray McDaniel says he would like to get all the information on each unit for the directory as soon as possible so he can have it put together by January. Petitions: Looks like we have at least 1 for a Ceremonial at our Installation Party on Feb. 6th, hopefully 2 more if one of them can get proficient as Master Mason in time. Pres. Jerald Conyers brought us up to date on El Jebel happenings. Jan. 9th is In-stallation of Officers at the Double Tree 13696 Iliff in Aurora CO. Coat and tie and ladies dress accordingly. Wear your Fez. Jan. 15th is Shriner rodeo night at National Western Stock Show and Rodeo. Great bargain price for Shriners at $17 each. Great night of rodeo and a good time to show Shriner presence. Call 1-303-455-3470. Hospital Coordinator: Bob Emrich says we sent 4 to Salt Lake and 1 to Phillidelphia. Parade Chairman says our season has come to an end and thanked all those who joined in the fun. Sickness and Distress: It is with great sadness that we have learned of the passing of Howard Motz's son. Howard has lost his brother and son this year. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. Gene Dreher's lady Louise passed. Our pray-ers are with him and his family. Clowns: We have been kinda busy. between parades we entertained kids ay Me-sa Lodge 55 Christmas party Dec. 3, went to WCSC Christmas Party on Dec. 4th (glad we didn't have to clown on this one), Had a good time with the kids at the Scottish Rite Kids breakfast with Santa at 8am Dec. 5th and the Montrose Scottish Rite Kids break-fast with Santa in Montrose Dec. 12th. We canceled our Dec. meeting as it was snowing and blowing from here to the Redlands Golf course on Dec 15th. Corvettes: Are working on the little cars and I hope to have them to chase in a

parade next year. Scooters: Thought about doing the pa-rade of lights in Grand Junction, then they thought about how cold that is and thought some more about thinking about parades. It was great to have them out in front of us at the Veterans Parade in Grand Junction. To bad they all didn't get the notice about the gold shirts. Tri-Co: At our Nov. meeting at Stonehouse Rest. in Montrose Bob Beeson won the 50/50 cash prize and is using it to go south for the winter shortly after Christmas. They stayed a little later this year as Bob was recovering (and doing a good job of it) from back surgery, plus they are having a family get together for Christmas for the first time in a long long time. Yours truly won the door prize that was provided by the Wright family, which is an instant party kit, complete with salt and pepper, napkins and party whistles and hats. Dec. 19th, so as not to interfere with Christmas weekend finds us at Red Barn in Montrose @1pm. Linda Wright won the 50/50 cash prize. Lisa Ditmore won the door prize. Jan. meeting we will change the date to Jan.16th so our new Sec, Treas., who is having his neck surgery on the 20th to remove some calcium deposits can be there and take notes. This all happens at Zack's BBQ in Hotchkiss CO. Feb. 27th we go to CB's Tavern in Del-ta. Vagabonds: Had their Christmas party Dec. 9th and made sure they are winterized for the year. I'd like to thank Ted and Cindy Herrman for putting together a great Christ-mas Party again this year. At our annual Christmas party we also have the Shriner of the Year award for WCSC. This year I am proud to announce Noble Jim Chaffee "Shriner of the Year". Jim was raised on a ranch in Montana and has the good ol' country boy ways about him. Jim has always been there for whatever has to be done. When I was elected President of WCSC he came up to me and said if I need-ed anything, "Ask" and I know he has done the same for a lot of the club. Jim has worked very hard for the Shrine and made a lot of parades and still is there as needed . Now that he doesn't feel right in doing parades, he still joins us as the 7th Street parade watchers. I know I feel great pride in seeing the likes of some of the past parade Shriners that show up and cheer us on in their Shriner caps and shirts. I.E. Bob and Ginny Emrich, Floyd Keller, David Kroyer

and Jim Chaffee. We had his 2 Colorado sons and their ladies join us for the fun and festivities. His daughter Melanie in Montana didn't feel right to make the trip this time of year and I don't blame her. I'm sure she was with him in mind and spirit. Jim. it is an honor to know and be with you.
