Hazel have been working hard on descriptive writing about our new class book The Sheep Pig.

They also created character descriptions with some brilliant illustrations! Hazel have written from the characters’ perspective and carefully thought about where the story is set.

We have continued to look at time and have furthered our understanding with maths through stories. Hazel have enjoyed some problem solving and worked hard to solve the maths vocabulary anagrams!

We have started to read The Sheep Pig, by Dick King Smith this week. Hazel worked hard to answer comprehension questions as well as meanings for some of the tricky words in the text.

To begin our new topic Predator! Hazel produced some fantastic and artistic front cover designs.

AS usual there have also been some other amazing things going on like virtual drumming lessons and bird watching! Well done for all of the other activities and learning you have been doing on top of your set work!
