BOOKING A GROUP Group Lunch or Dinner requires a minimum of 10 attendees. Group Breakfast typically requires a minimum of 35 attendees (some exceptions may apply – inquire with Group Sales). Groups must select one of our pre-fixed Group Menus and the entire group must dine off the same menu. Hard Rock Cafe New York does not require pre-orders, all guests will order upon arrival. Guests with food allergies must inform their server upon ordering. Please feel free to contact Group Sales or Hard Rock Cafe New York in advance with any specific questions or concerns. All packages are subject to availability and menu items are subject to change. PAYMENT GUIDELINES A signed Group Agreement is due three (3) business days from receipt of contract. A 50% deposit is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Credit Card holds and Purchase Orders are not accepted as deposit. The final balance of payment and final guaranteed headcount are due three (3) business days prior to the group/event. After that date headcounts may not be reduced. Any additional guests not paid for in advance are not guaranteed seating and must pay in full at the conclusion of the meal. Rates are valid January 1, 2020 – December 30, 2020 (Not available December 31st). All prices quoted are subject to applicable Sales Tax and a suggested 18% gratuity. Please inform groups they may be asked to separate into groups of four in order to expedite seating. Seating is “non-private” and will be assigned day-of at Management’s discretion. There are no guaranteed seating arrangements or sections, and tables may not be pushed together due to safety regulations. Please arrive on time. Groups will be extended a strict 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After that seating will be offered on a space available basis and the group will most likely be separated. If there is no space available meals may be boxed to-go. For late arrivals please call 212-343-3355 ext 8109 to speak to an Operations Manager on Duty. Even with a phone call we cannot guarantee to hold seats any longer than the 15-minute grace period.
