One of the most powerful features of Axiom III™ is AxiomLinks. AxiomLinks is a macro utility that allows complex sequences of events or commands to be linked and to execute unattended by running a previously defined command script. Up to 10,000 AxiomLinks may be configured to trigger, based on a Time Group, an Input event, a logical combination of Input and Output events, or presentation of a particular card at a specified Access Point. Authorized system operators may execute these AxiomLinks manually from the PC as well. AxiomLinks provides extremely powerful customization possibilities, is capable of logical decision making and is stored at the field controller level. AxiomLinks function globally without the PC online.

32Bit TCP/IP Controllers... Supporting up to 16Mb RAM The Universal thin client option now available with our NC-100 controller, allows the Axiom III™ system to

communicate over standard 10Base-T Ethernet, and adds a new dimension of benefits. Support for Ethernet

LAN/WAN configurations, allows Axiom III™ controllers to communicate over an existing network infrastructure, an

especially valuable tool when dedicated cabling, fiber optics or modems are impractical. For implementation of a

multi-site Access System, it's a cost effective installation option.

Immunity to Shorts & Wire Cuts... Through high speed, fully supervised, bi-directional, communications between controllers

All controllers in the network are connected together in a fault tolerant, high speed Arcnet LAN. Arcnet is a highly reliable

networking architecture and is widely used in industrial control applications. This LAN transfers data at speeds of 156k bits/second

to 2.5M bits/second and when wired in a ring is immune to a single point of attack. The network will continue to operate normally

with a single short or a cut on any inter-controller connection.

The controllers use a powerful Motorola 32 bit microcontroller, and come standard with 256k of RAM. A plug-in expansion board

allows the memory to be expanded to 16 Mb. All RAM is battery backed by a replaceable lithium battery. A built in watchdog circuit

monitors the operation of the controller and performs a system reset if an out of control situation is detected.

allows you to design maps for your areas. You can

assign any of your Access points, Inputs, Outputs,

NC-100s, RC-2s, OC-16s, etc to your maps. When

there is an alarm you can have a map of the area the

alarm is in displayed. You can also link areas together

through access points and other devices. This allows

you to move from area to area with ease. When

designing maps you can use our map designer

program, or you can import from many different

standard graphic formats, as well as AutoCAD DXF

files.

The second part of this system is based of safe areas. Safe Areas are places where cardholders go to in case of an emergency such as a fire. This option will allow you to see a list of cardholders that have made it into the safe areas, and what ones have not. A list of cardholders that have not entered the safe areas will be displayed that will also list their last known location.
