However we will have to postpone the Baldry Shield. We will now be hosting the Baldry Shield on Thursday 4th April 2019. Please spread the word. We apologise for any inconvenience. Friday the 12th March our students travelled to Jugiong to join in the fun at the writers festival. We had a great day of writing, drawing and learning. We worked with author Jane Caroll, bush poet and car- toonist Brian Allen, inspirational writing prompts with Sally Keatinge and in the picture art with Alison Guy. We listened to wonderful lesson driven Wiradjuri stories with Peter Beath. We really enjoyed bringing what we learnt back to school. Thank you to Jugiong Public School for hosting the day and a big thank you to Sally Keatinge for bringing all these wonderful experiences to our students. Last week we celebrated Harmony Day, it was a great opportunity to reflect on the diversity of our country and the importance of respect and tolerance. We also enjoyed the taste of Mexico. Thank you Mrs Ward for the yummy tacos. Enjoy the rain and we look forward to seeing you all at the Baldry Shield on Thursday 4th of April. Have a great fortnight.
