Modular VersatilityHARRIS 1500™ panels come in 36 different sizes and can be combined vertically or

horizontally to create almost any dimension. HARRIS 1500™ is the only handset clamp

system that does not have a Top or Bottom! Panel orientation is not an issue with this

revolutionary handset clamp system! A full line of accessories and hardware makes

configuring gangs and setting details quick and simple. A design so economical, that

no additional hardware is required for transitioning from handset to crane set.

System StrengthPanels, clamps and ties are designed to withstand 1500 psf of concrete pressure!

HARRIS 1500™ panels are the strongest handset panels available in the world! The

system is manufactured with 70ksi steel frames. Frames and accessories are all hot

dipped galvanized to ensure a long service life. The unique corner casting protects

the panel frame from job site abuse. The form face is nine ply ½” birch plywood with

a 220/220 plastic resin overlay on both sides to provide a high quality concrete finish

and extended panel life.

Handset CapabilityThe HARRIS 1500™ system only weighs 6.8 lbs per square foot! The panels quickly

clamp together to create the fastest setting handset system in the world! System

transitions from a handset system to a gang form system instantly! No additional

hardware is required to cycle formwork from placement to placement. HARRIS

1500™ clamps eliminate the need for horizontal walers even when moving large

gangs. The patented clamp only weighs 7 pounds and completely aligns the form

with one hammer strike.

The Harris 1500™ Clamp System is designed

for consistent horizontal cross member

orientation. The cross members are

consistently horizontal, which makes

climbing the form safe and easy. The

practice of consistent cross member

orientation significantly reduces

labor because clamp, tie and

accessory locations are consistent.

Harris 1500™ Standard ClampThe HARRIS 1500™ Clamp is innovative and effective. Our patented 3 point clamp

bearing design provides a well tensioned flush panel joint with only one hammer strike!

The standard clamp is used for nearly all applications.

are required. The adjustable clamp has all the features of the standard clamp, yet provides

Harris 1500™ ClampThe HARRIS one hammer strike clamp is lightweight and very strong. Our patented

design effectively aligns and tensions the panel joints with only one swing of the

hammer. The lightweight clamps can easily be carried in your tool belt and are

installed in a snap! This easy to use clamp is one of the secret components of

this revolutionary labor savings system.

Harris 1500™ Flexible 90°The HARRIS 1500™ Inside Corner is designed to be

rugged and easy to use. The all steel construction

will stand up to years of job site use.

Imperial DimensionsOur inside corner is 12” x 12” and makes forming

corner applications a snap! The inside corner is

available in 6 different heights, 9’, 8’, 6’, 5’, 4’ & 3’.

Flexible 90° CornerThe flexible corner design allows for a

1° draft used to facilitate stripping. Our

integral “lock in bar” ensures a 90° corner

is maintained during concrete placement.

Once your concrete has sufficiently cured, simply

remove the “lock in bar” from the corner. The corner

instantly converts from a rigid corner to a flexible

corner. The specially designed corner allows your

formwork to draft 1° from the concrete face, making

stripping formwork simple and fast.

Harris 1500™ Hinge CornerThe HARRIS 1500™ Hinge Corner is designed to

withstand even the toughest job site conditions. Our

super duty hinge ensures that the corner remains

flexible for years of use. The hinge corner is available

in 6 different heights, 9’; 8’, 6’, 5’, 4’ & 3’.

The super duty piano hinge and all steel

construction provide the right support for

your hinge corner applications.

When used in conjunction with our Offset Hinge Waler

System, this corner becomes the strongest hinged

corner available! The hinge corner will accommodate

applications from 0° to 270°.


Harris 1500™ Pilaster CornerThe HARRIS 1500™ Pilaster Corner is designed to allow large area gangs to be

stripped and cycled between pilaster details often found on foundation walls.

When used in conjunction with the HARRIS Multi Purpose panel pilaster depths

from 8” to 38” can easily be accommodated. The HARRIS 1500 Pilaster Corner

system can easily achieve pilaster thicknesses of 36”.

Our integral “lock in bar” ensures a 90° corner is maintained during concrete

placement. Our 12” x 8” Pilaster Corner is manufactured with a super duty

hinge and is made entirely of steel.

The corner instantly converts from a rigid corner to a stripping corner. The

rounded corner edge allows for easy stripping, which provides proper relief

to cycle your formwork to the next placement.

Harris 1500™ Outside CornerThere are two ways to form 90° corners with the HARRIS

1500™ Clamp System. The HARRIS 1500 Outside Corner

is designed for 90° corner applications.

• All steel construction will stand up to years of job site use.

• Hot dipped galvanized to ensure long service life.

• Easily installed with the one strike hammer clamp.

The HARRIS Multi Purpose Panel is designed to be used

in 90° corner applications. The Multi Purpose Panel will

accommodate 2” to 22” thick corner details.

guardrail post that is 42” high.

Harris 1500™ Climbing RodsThe HARRIS 1500™ panel is designed with climbing rods to

make accessing the formwork safe and productive. Consistent

horizontal rib orientation makes climbing the form easy, and

with tie off points every 3’ feet in height, safety is a built in

feature with the Harris 1500™ Clamp System!

• All 30” & 24” panels are fabricated with climbing rods.

The HARRIS 1500™ Clamp System is made by Americans for the American job site! Our team of

manufacturers employ state of the art roll forming equipment that is used to produce the patented

T Bolt Hat Section and Steel Frame Profile. In fact, we are the only supplier to the US market that

roll forms in the US! The roll form components are then set into precision jigs and welded by

computer guided robotic arms.

Our team of highly trained welding fabricators ensure that precision is maintained throughout the

robotic process. Once the welding process is complete, each component is measured and tested to

ensure the highest quality standards possible. After inspection the raw steel frame is completed,

it is then processed thru a series of preparation tanks before finally being submerged into

the in-house galvanizing tank. The hot dipped galvanized finish is guaranteed to provide a long

service life to the products. After the galvanizing procedure, the components are again inspected

to ensure that all tolerances are achieved. The galvanized frames are then moved to the carpentry

shop where the finished product is prepped and staged for shipment.
