Just the other day I was listening to some CDs by apastor who I greatly respect and revere as a true ser-vant of God. I greatly benefit from his sermons. How-ever, my heart was torn apart as I heard him remark, “Idon’t think either God or the angels are concerned withthis upcoming presidential election. After all, we havehad 8 years of a democrat in office and 8 years of arepublican in office, and the country is still in a mess!”Oh how wrong he is on this point! I am so sad torealize that this is indeed the attitude of so many broth-ers and sisters in Christ. How deceived they are! Lis-ten to me, don’t you understand that the closer we cometo the end the more important every single electionbecomes? Satan is moving steadily to put his servantsinto positions of power to bring about the destructionof America and the outlawing of Christianity aroundthe world! If Christians would get out en mass andvote Godly men and women into office, then Satan’splans would be delayed and many more souls couldbe won for God’s kingdom. Instead, Christians every-where are being lulled to sleep. They sit under leadersthat teach them they shouldn’t care about or be involvedin politics, or, they vote for leaders who promise themthe most financial benefits and more comforts for theirlife. They vote for charm, good looks, excitement andempty promises. I have traveled the world, and haveheard Christian brothers and sisters sing the praises ofPresident Bill Clinton. When I asked them what hedid to make them like him so much, without exceptiontheir answer was, “Well, he is so charming and goodlooking.” Sadly, that’s the only answer I have everreceived. Please be advised, the anti-Christ is goingto be charming and good-looking and a fantastic ora-tor! He is going to appear as a most loving man ofpeace and hope. If that’s all you are looking for in aleader, you will vote him right into office some day.

Several nights ago, Daniel was once again up all nightin prayer. During that time the Lord transported himinto heaven into God’s throne room to witness a meet-

ing between God and Satan. The angel escortingDaniel made it clear to him that Satan did NOT knowDaniel was there as a witness. Satan went before Godwith a petition. Satan spoke and said, “Lord, Yourpeople don’t care about this upcoming presidentialelection in America. But, my people do care, verymuch. Your people aren’t concerned with Your king-dom, they are only concerned about their own livesand their comforts. My people are working very hardevery day to increase my kingdom! Therefore, I amasking permission to send out my demons to each oneof your people to blind their eyes and ears so that whenit comes time to vote, they will vote for my candidate,even if they think they are voting for the other per-son!”

God sat in thoughtful silence for a moment. Then Hereplied, “You are right, Satan. Too many of My peopledon’t care about the election. They are tired of poli-tics, and instead of fighting to increase My kingdomare only concerned with their own little lives.” With asigh, and very sadly the Lord continued, “Therefore,if My people don’t wake up and change and becomedeeply concerned about this election in America bythe middle of the summer, I will grant your petitionand allow you to blind their eyes and ears so that theywill vote for your candidate.”

After Satan left, God turned to Daniel and said, “Woeto my people if they don’t change and become deeplyconcerned about my kingdom! If Satan gets his can-didate into office in this election, this person will befar worse than King Nebuchadnezzar ever thought ofbeing! At first they will love this leader, but in the endthey will find that Satan’s leader is very willing to sellthem out to the enemy! Christianity will be outlawedin an attempt to make peace with the nation of Islam.”

The more I have thought about and prayed about thisvision God gave to Daniel the more disturbed I have

become. What can we, little as we are, do to wake upGod’s people? Our voice is heard by so few! Whenmen and women of great influence in God’s kingdomare teaching people that the election doesn’t matter,or leading them to vote simply based on charm andfalse promises, what chance do we have of making adifference? In the end, I have come to this conclu-sion. Let’s look at a conversation Abraham had withGod.

“Then the men rose from there and looked towardSodom, and Abraham went with them to send them onthe way. And the Lord said, “Shall I hide from Abrahamwhat I am doing, since Abraham shall surely become agreat and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earthshall be blessed in him? For I have known him, in orderthat he may command his children and his householdafter him, that they keep the way of the Lord, to do righ-teousness and justice, that the Lord may bring toAbraham what He has spoken to him.” And the Lordsaid, “because the outcry against Sodom and Gomorrahis great, and because their sin is very grave, I will godown now and see whether they have done altogetheraccording to the outcry against it that has come to Me;and if not, I will know.” Then the men turned awayfrom there and went toward Sodom but Abraham stillstood before the Lord. And Abraham came near andsaid, “Would You also destroy the righteous with thewicked? Suppose there were fifty righteous within thecity; would You also destroy the place and not spare itfor the fifty righteous that were in it? “. . . So the Lordsaid, “If I find in Sodom fifty righteous within the city,then I will spare all the place for their sakes.” . . .Thenhe [Abraham] said, “Let not the Lord be angry, and Iwill speak but once more; Suppose ten should be foundthere?” And He said, “I will not destroy it for the sakeof ten.” So the Lord went His way as soon as He hadfinished speaking with Abraham; and Abraham re-turned to his place.” Genesis 18:16-33

I, Rebecca, am not a great or important person. How-ever, as a servant of Jesus Christ, I AM a joint heirwith Jesus. Therefore, in the name of Jesus, I believemy petitions to God have as much weight as those ofSatan. God said He would not destroy Sodom if Hecould find just ten righteous living there. I don’t knowhow many it will take to prevent God from allowingSatan to destroy America, but surely there are at leastten righteous who will join with me in this matter!My thinking is as follows: if Satan can go before Godand petition to blind God’s servants so that they votefor his candidate, then why can’t WE go before Godand petition God to blind Satan’s servants so that theyvote for the candidate who will work the hardest topreserve America and Christianity? I believe we can,

and I am asking you, the reader, to join with me. So,my question to you is this, are there at least ten of youreading this newsletter that will be willing to committo join with me in petitioning God? I am asking thatwe daily get on our knees and go before God and tellGod that we care! Let us fervently ask the Lord toblind the eyes and minds of Satan’s servants so thatcome election day they will vote to put into office theleader who will do the most to further God’s kingdom!Then get busy. Educate yourself about the candidates.Not just for the presidential election, but for all theother positions as well. Find out exactly what theystand for, what their backgrounds are, what fruits havebeen in their lives. Pray and ask God to give you wis-dom. Educate those around you. Talk to everyoneyou know about the issue, and pray without ceasing!Then vote. As you go to vote, pray and ask the Lord toshield you so that you will be able to vote accurately!Remember, we are not involved in a visible war, butan invisible war. The spirits seeking to hinder us andcontrol us are unseen! But they are real and hard atwork because they know the end is coming near. Theyseek to hasten it, while God in His mercy will delayHis judgment so that more souls can be won for Hiskingdom. We are facing a turning point in the historyof the world, which way we turn depends on God’speople and our willingness to pray and get involved.

Three or four years ago I wrote a newsletter about theinvisible war in which we are involved. We have sentout countless copies of that newsletter to people inanswer to their questions and needs. The Lord is quick-ening to me that I need to address this subject onceagain, as we all forget and need to be reminded.

Just last night, I woke Daniel up out of a terrible night-mare. After he was awakened he told me he was see-ing a group of pastors, of which he was one, beinglined up and shot to death because they refused to bowdown and worship Allah as god. As I soberly consid-ered the problem, I realized that this is something Sa-tan and his demons are going to do to Christians moreand more as we approach the end. Satan is going totry to torment us with all sorts of thoughts, dreams andvisions of terrible things to come. Satan wants us tolive in a state of perpetual fear and worry. We maynever have to face such torment, but Satan will try toafflict us with fear anyway. Our future is in God’shands! Scripture says:

“It is vain for you to rise up early,To sit up late,

To eat the bread of sorrows;For so He gives His beloved sleep.” Psalm 127:2

The Lord does NOT keep us awake and in torment.He does NOT give us nightmares, nor torment us withfears and worry in the night. How do you supposePeter managed to sleep while he was in prison fullyexpecting to be tortured and killed the next day?

“Peter was therefore kept in prison, but constant prayerwas offered to God for him by the church. And whenHerod was about to bring him out, that night Peter wassleeping, bound with two chains between two soldiers;and the guards before the door were keeping the prison.Now behold, an angel of the Lord stood by him, and alight shone in the prison; and he struck Peter on the sideand raised him up, saying, “Arise quickly!” And his chinsfell off his hands.” Acts 12:5-7

Here was Peter, bound between two soldiers, in chainsin a terrible prison. Everything must have seemedcompletely hopeless. BUT, Peter was asleep! Theangel had to wake him up. How could this be? Be-cause Peter was at peace. He rested in the scripturethat says, “For so He gives His beloved sleep.” Nomatter how bad our circumstances, Satan does not havethe legal right to torment us with visions, nightmaresand worries! This is a battle all of us are going to haveto fight. It is a battle against an unseen enemy.

After waking Daniel out of his nightmare I got up andwent into the living room and got onto my knees. AsI pondered the situation, I realized that I could standon this scripture in Psalm 127:2. I went before God’sthrone and petitioned Him to render judgment betweenDaniel and I and Satan. Does Satan have the legalright to torment us with nightmares about things pos-sibly to come? The answer is “NO.” I asked God toput a restraining order on Satan and his demons to keepthem from giving us such nightmares and visions. ThenI got up and re-anointed our home and cleansed andsealed it. Daniel and I slept peacefully the rest of thenight.

Fear is something we are all of us going to have tofight as times become more and more difficult. Pleaseunderstand. Demons can, from outside of us, injectfear and worry into us. They love to do this at night tokeep us from resting and sleeping. You must openyour mouth and rebuke fear and worry out loud andcommand them to leave in the name of Jesus. Cleanseand seal your home again. But sometimes even thisisn’t enough. How can we cope with overwhelmingfear and worry? God’s Word says:

“He who dwells in the secret place of the Most HighShall abide under the shadow of the almightyI will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress;’My God, in Him I will trust.”

. . . “He shall cover you with His feathers,And under His wings you shall take refuge . . . “ Psalm91:1-4

This sounds wonderful, but exactly HOW can we putthis into practice? How can we “abide under theshadow of the Almighty,” and how can we take refugeunder His wings? God is spirit. He is invisible. Wecannot see Him nor feel Him. Where can we find His“shadow” or His “wings”? They certainly are notpresent with us physically. Many years ago the Lordgave me the answer to this difficult question. We takeshelter in His Word. When you awaken at night, over-whelmed by fear and worry or sorrow, which do notjust go away when you rebuke them, get up, get out ofyour bed and go get your Bible. Immerse yourself inGod’s Word. As you read your bible and concentrateon God’s Word you will find that your fears and wor-ries simply melt away. Time spent in God’s Word alsobrings great relief from sorrow. This is one very im-port weapon we have available to us in this invisiblewar.

The Battlefield

Where, exactly, is the battlefield for this invisible war?Where does the unseen invisible spiritual realm andthe physical realm meet and interact? In your brain.The battlefield is in our minds.

“For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal butmighty in God for pulling down strongholds, castingdown arguments and every high thing that exalts itselfagainst the knowledge of God, bringing every thoughtinto captivity to the obedience of Christ.” 2 Corinthians10:4-5

Don’t ever forget, demons can, from outside of you,inject thoughts and emotions into your minds. If youdo not control what goes on in your thoughts, you aregoing to be destroyed! You must take every thoughtcaptive to make it obedient to Jesus Christ. Please, goback to my book Prepare For War, and reread the chap-ter titled “The Double Minded Man.” Read it severaltimes until you get the concept clear in your mind.

Your Fortress

Every soldier needs a fortress. He needs somewheresafe and peaceful he can go to heal and rebuild hisforces. Our fortress should be our home. Our homesshould be a clean place filled with the peace of God.They should be a place where we can go to find peaceand a time to pray and read God’s word and be builtup in the Lord. Satan will always attack our homes.He wants them to be a place of strife, noise, confusionand distraction. He wants the family members to spendtheir time fighting each other instead of himself. Hewants to disrupt sleep with horrible nightmares andother forms of attacks. But, praise the Lord, we havea weapon to defeat every one of his desires.

Some years ago, I ministered in North Carolina in theHispanic community. I did not know it before hand,but this community was under terrible attack by witch-craft. They did not realize it, and most certainly didnot know how to fight it. The second night I was there,I taught on basic spiritual warfare. I taught them howto rebuke a demon directly through the name of JesusChrist. And, I taught them how to anoint and cleanseand seal their home to prevent demonic attack. Someinteresting things happened that night afterwards. Iwent back to my motel room and slept peacefully, butthat was not the case for a lot of other people!

You see, the pastors just brushed off what I taught andpaid little attention to it. But they were in for a sharplesson. I told them, “Please listen to me, go hometonight and anoint and cleanse and seal your home. Ifyou will do this, God can and will protect you.” Butthey did not listen. They simply went home and wentto bed. The brother who arranged the meetings toldme the next morning that at about 3 a.m. he was pulledout of bed onto the floor by an unseen force, and thennearly strangled to death! He cried out to the Lord forhelp in his mind, and was finally able to whisper “Getout in the name of Jesus!” Immediately the force thatwas strangling him eased up. He struggled to his feetand shouted, “You demon, get out of here in the nameof Jesus!” Immediately, the force left. But it returnedagain later and attacked him again. All in all, he had avery busy night! He told me how thankful he was thatI had taught him how to directly rebuke the demons inthe name of Jesus. “Oh yes,” I replied, “but if you hadanointed and sealed your home, it would never havegotten in to attack you in the first place!” He began todo a little stammering then, but finally admitted that Iwas right.

It turned out that three other pastors were attacked thatnight as well. Each one of them came to me at themeeting the next night and told me of their horrifyingexperiences as they were physically attacked in theirsleep by demonic forces. NONE of them had both-ered to go home and anoint and cleanse and seal theirhome. They sheepishly asked me if I would teach oncemore about how to do it.

I, on the other hand, was attacked, but I never knew ituntil the next morning because I slept peacefully allnight. I always anoint and cleanse and seal my motelroom as soon as I go into it. It is one of the first thingI do. The night all the pastors were being attacked,demons came to attack me as well. BUT they couldn’tget in. How do I know? Because the next morningwhen I woke up and pulled back the curtains from mymotel room window, I was astonished to find verypowerful demonic curse markings on the outside ofmy window. Those markings had not been there theday before. I am sure because I left the curtains openon the window during the day so I could look out. Ishudder to think of what would have happened if I hadnot sealed my room! I would have experienced a ter-rible attack by some extremely powerful demons.Thank God I was obedient and used the weapons I hadavailable to me. Later in the day I walked all aroundthe outside of the motel. My window was the onlyone with the marks on it. Clearly, the enemy knewexactly which room I was staying in.

Another woman in that city was attacked also the samenight. She had been experiencing attacks numerousnights. She had a small daughter who would startscreaming every night and then run a high fever. Thechild would cry most of the night every night. Doc-tors could not find anything wrong with her. This wenton night after night. The night after I taught on how toanoint your home, this sister went home to face thesame attack. But this time she had knowledge! Assoon as her daughter started to scream, she ran intoher bedroom and anointed her with oil and commandedthe demon attacking her to leave her at once in thename of Jesus! The child stopped screaming, but herfever came up instantly. The mother literally ranaround her home, anointing it with oil. As soon as shefinished the last door, kicking out the demons and ask-ing the Lord to seal it, she returned to her daughter’sroom. She found the child sleeping peacefully with-out any fever! She also testified the next night as toher experiences.

This sister had the victory. I had victory, the attackswere never able to reach me. But the pastors all had tofight most of the night. The next night, they anointedand cleansed their homes. From then on, they wereable to sleep in compete peace. There were so manytestimonies in that city that I do not have the space torepeat them all. Lives were completely changed aspeople recognized that they were in the middle of aninvisible war, and began to stand up and fight back.

Please take a few minutes and read on. I want to re-view for you how and why you should anoint yourhomes. For those of you reading this who are in prison,you can anoint your cells, or even just your bunk. Youwill find this a great protection.

How to Anoint Your Home

The Lord has given us a powerful weapon of warfarein the use of the anointing oil. Not only can we use itto anoint people, but scripture shows us that we canuse it to anoint objects and places as well. I learnedthis early on in my walk in spiritual warfare, and havemet many other Christians to whom the Lord has taughtthis same technique.

It all started years ago, just after Elaine’s final deliver-ance (see He Came To Set The Captives Free). Thewitches in the area knew she had come out of Satan’skingdom, and they were furious. They sent curses atus night and day. Associated with these curses werehundreds of demons. My home because a place ofhorrific spiritual warfare. The demons flooded in.They tormented us in every way possible. They movedmy furniture around, threw us off the bed at night inour sleep, tried to strangle us, and afflicted us withdepression, anxiety and all sorts of physical problems.I knew the problem was demonic, and I would rebukethe spirits in the name of Jesus and command them toget out of the house. They would go out, make a sharpU turn, and come right back in. Clearly, I needed some-thing more.

One night, in utter desperation I cried out to the Lord,“Father please, what can I do? I feel like my house isan open thoroughfare to any evil spirit that wants tocome through. You know how these spirits are tor-menting us. I just can’t stand it anymore!”

At that point the Holy Spirit flooded into my mind thestory of the Passover Lamb in Exodus chapter 12. ThenHe said, “Since the death of Jesus, there are no more

blood sacrifices. So, what would you say is the coun-terpart of the blood today?”

“The oil?” I asked.

“That is right.” Then the Lord also reminded me ofthe scripture in Exodus chapter 40 where He had in-structed Moses to use the anointing oil.

“And you shall take the anointing oil, and anoint thetabernacle and all that is in it; and you shall hallow itand all its utensils, and it shall be holy.” Exodus 40:9

As I pondered these scriptures, the Lord showed methat I must take oil and anoint my house and sanctifyit holy unto Him. He also showed me that the childrenof Israel had anointed the doorposts and lintel of theirhome with the blood of the Passover lamb to keep thedeath angel from coming in. Now the death angel wasa spirit. It didn’t need a physical door to enter a home.It could go right through the wall if it wanted to. Butthe door was an opening, and as such was symbolic.These days, we have many openings into our homes.Doors, windows, air ducts, fireplaces, stove vents, etc.

After praying and thinking this all over, I took oil Ihad on hand (cooking oil) and placed some on the door-posts and the lintels of all the doors and on each win-dow and the fireplace and every opening into my houseexcept one door. I spoke out loud as I did this, pro-claiming that I was anointing my home in the name ofGod the Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. Idid not make any sort of symbol with the oil, I just puta small dab in each place. Then I stood in my house,and in the name of Jesus commanded every spirit toleave my house through the un-anointed door at once.Then I anointed the last door and asked the Lord tosanctify and seal my home. The change was immedi-ate! Peace and quiet came over my home. The de-mons were sealed out, and were not able to get backinto my house. Since that time, I have always kept myhome anointed and sealed.

Now let’s get specific. A “doorpost” is the verticalpiece that goes up and down on either side of the door.A “lintel” is the horizontal piece that goes across thetop of the door. Same with the windows. If you havea computer and are hooked up to the internet, you needto anoint the cord that goes from your computer to thephone jack and ask the Lord to seal it so that no de-mons can be sent into your home through your com-puter. Sound crazy? Believe me, curses can and are,

sent via the internet! Also, be sure to anoint your mir-rors. There is nothing evil about a mirror, but peoplecan use them as doorways to astral-project through. Itis also good to anoint the cord that goes from yourphones to the phone jack.

After you have done this, leaving one door un-anointed,stand and speak out loud. Say the following:

Step 1: “In the name of Jesus I take authority overevery curse coming against me, my spouse, my family,our marriage, our children, our animals, our homeand everything we have. I command you curses to bebroken NOW in the name of Jesus.”

Step 2: “In the name of Jesus I take authority overevery evil spirit in this house. I command you spiritsto get out of this door right now, and off of my prop-erty and do not touch anything on your way, in thename of Jesus.”

Step 3: Anoint the last door and pray and ask the Lordto cleanse and seal your home and shield all of youcompletely from the evil spiritual realm.

As we come closer to the end and times become moreand more difficult, I think we will all need to re-anointand cleanse our homes every night before we go tobed. As people come and go from your home, some-times the seal gets broken and you will need to re-cleanse your home. However, you don’t need to anointeverything, just the doors that people have beenthrough. If you are anointing your home on a routinedaily basis as I usually do, you can just do the doors.

Later on, the Lord showed me that I was to do thesame thing with the ground around my house. In or-der to do this I put oil into a plastic spray bottle. As Iwalked around the edge of my property, I sprayed aline of oil on the ground. I proclaimed that my prop-erty belonged to God and that I was asking Him totake possession of it and seal and protect it. Beforeclosing the final space with the line of oil, I broke ev-ery curse off of the land, and commanded all demonsoff of it in the name of Jesus. Then I finished closingthe line with the oil, praying and asking God to sealthe land from any demonic intrusion. This, too bringsmuch peace and protection.

Recently, a curse of death was put onto our land hereat the ranch. In the short space of two weeks we lostthree cows and two calves. They simply dropped dead.

They were all in good health prior to their death andhad shown no problems at all. We had several chick-ens die as well, and one of our beloved cats suddenlytook sick and died in just three days. The vet couldnot figure out what had happened to her. The Lordtold us that we needed to once more walk around theedge of our property and re-anoint it and break allcurses of death off of our land. This took a wholeafternoon to accomplish as we have quite a few acresof land to walk around. Since we have broken thecurse of death off of our land we have had no moreanimals die. I also anointed each one of our cattle andchickens and cats and commanded all curses to be bro-ken off of them, and asked the Lord to shield themfrom all future demonic attack.

Prior to our walking and re-anointing and cleansingour land, Daniel and I had been increasingly afflictedwith a terrible oppression at night. The very atmo-sphere outside felt heavy, and sleep was extremely dif-ficult, even though I had re-anointed and cleansed ourhome. As we searched the land, we found an object,which represented a curse of death placed on the land.This we also removed and destroyed. We should havewalked our land and anointed it as soon as we realizedthe oppression at night. We put off doing so becauseof the work involved. That is no excuse, and we paiddearly for our procrastination! This battle is real! Wecannot put off the fight to suit our own convenience!

You can do this to your space at work. Are you expe-riencing demonic attacks at work? Then anoint yourpersonal workspace. Your desk, your chair, the areaaround them. BUT make sure no one sees you doingthis. You would have a hard time explaining it to anon-Christian. Ask the Lord to seal your space, and tocompletely bind up the demons in any person step-ping into it. Not only will this protect you from at-tack, it will change the attitudes of the people whocome near to you as their demons are bound.

Each morning as you get up, say a simple prayer ask-ing God the Father to renew His full armor on you thatday. This armor is discussed in Ephesians chapter 6:10-17. This armor is symbolic, but it is also real and goeson your spiritual body. It will protect you from muchdemonic attack during the day.

Unclean Objects

You will not be able to cleanse your home or any roomif unclean objects are present in it. An unclean object

is any object made for one of the following purposes:

1. To be used in the service of a demon spirit2. To be used in a ritual of any sort involving spir-

its3. To give honor to a demon, such as a statue or

idol4. To be used to gain contact with a specific de-

mon, or with the spirit realm5. To place a specific curse

Demon spirits have the legal right to cling to uncleanobjects, they cannot be cleansed, they must be de-stroyed. God’s word says:

“You shall burn the carved images of their gods withfire; you shall not covet the silver or gold that is on them,nor take it for yourselves, lest you be snared by it; for itis an abomination to the Lord your God. Nor shall youbring an abomination into your house, lest you bedoomed to destruction like it. You shall utterly detest itand utterly abhor it, for it is an accursed thing.”Deuteronomy 7;25-26

A few months ago Daniel and I started having a ter-rible problem with nightmares at night. We also startedhaving a struggle in our communication with one an-other. It seemed like we were constantly annoyingeach other. I realized that we must have an uncleanobject in our home because I could never successfullycleanse it. Every night before we went to bed I anointedand cleansed our home, but still we had problems. Wesearched and searched but could not find the object.Finally, in desperation, I anointed our bedroom andsealed it off from the rest of the house. That did helpus sleep some. Finally, one night we were prayingand crying out to the Lord to show us where the prob-lem was, and the Lord spoke to Daniel and said,“Where do you two sit all the time?”

“In our recliner chairs,” was Daniel’s response. Im-mediately we jumped up and started to search ourchairs. At last we turned them upside down and pulledup the cloth that covers the back of the chairs. Therein the back of each of our chairs was a voodoo effigydoll! A male doll was in Daniel’s chair, and a femaledoll was in my chair. Someone had taken the troubleto walk nearly a half a mile back into our ranch, brokeinto our home, and placed those dolls into our chairswith curses attached to them!
