Company profileHarwal Container Manufacturing, a primary member of the Harwal Group, has been Providing complete PET packaging solution for the Bottling industry. Since its foundation in 2006, the production of PET (polyethylene terephthalate) preforms and bottles has been the core business of HCM. The company has commissioned top of the range European injectionmoulding machines for forming PET preforms of different sizes and is undergoing expansion to meet the increasing needs of the industry. The company also manufactures custom designed bottles according to the specific requirements of customers.

Preforms for Hot Filling

Many different beverage products need to be hot-filled to ensure aseptic long shelf-life. HCM has expertise and experience with hot fill PET preforms and bottles. At HCM, we have been focusing on preforms catering to beverages (juice, ice-tea, flavoured water, etc.) which are filled up to a temperature of 80°C. HCM preforms are compatible with most modern hot-filling and blowing machines and offers customers with state of the art preforms for their hot fill applications.

Preforms for Warm Filling

At HCM we provide preforms for warm filling (filled at temperature ranging from 62°C- 65°C) as well. HCM preforms provide the bottles with good clarity and purity which makes sure that the products will taste good in spite of the long lifespan inside the bottles.

Preforms for Mineral Water

HCM manufactures a wide range of PET preforms in different sizes especially for the mineral water industry. Water, being a flavorless product requires packaging with excellent barrier properties and HCM preforms provides just that. We have preforms for sizes ranging from 300 ml to 5 liters. Trusted by leading mineral water manufacturers, HCM preforms provide the bottles with extreme clarity and perfect finishing.

Preforms for Carbonated Soft Drinks

The PET preforms to be used in juices and carbonated soft drinks need to have some very specific properties. Our preforms are extremely strong making sure that the blown bottle can contain the internalpressure of CO2, which is a primary ingredient in CSD, without distortion or expansion. Also our preformsprovide the bottles with extreme clarity which is a very important aspect as far as consumer acceptancein the soft drink industry. These preforms can also be used for juices and bottled hygiene products according to customer requirements.

PET Bottles

In addition to our range of preforms, HCM also supplies bottles according to customer specifications. Manufactured in most modern blowing machines, we have bottle sizes ranging from 220 mil to 2 liters. HCM bottles are available in different neck sizes like 30/25, 28 mm PCO 1810, 38 mm etc.
