A) Quarterly Preventive maintenance to decrease probability of failures:Regular Servicing of HVAC Equipment, including: Air conditioning system (including Chilled Water and Freon Pipes), Chillers, Fresh Air Handling Units (FAHU), Heat Recovery Units (HRU), Ecology Units, extraction systems, Hoods and ducts etc.
