Hautbois House is a stunning 19th Century country house situated in close proximity to the beautiful Norfolk broads and coastline.

Located within our 28-acre estate with riverside views, the House is the perfect venue for your celebration or special event and can accommodate up to 45 people.

With three function rooms, a yurt village, marquees and a large range of catering options, we have something to suit every occasion from wedding parties to family reunions.

We recommend you arrange a venue tour in advance of booking, so you can truly appreciate Hautbois’ beautiful surroundings and all that we have to offer.

Special Occasions

The House...

There are three function rooms located on the ground floor of Hautbois House. The largest of these, Oxfordshire, can accommodate up to 65 guests for a sit-down meal or you could choose Patteson for a more intimate affair with up to 20 guests. Hertfordshire, with its comfortable sofas and relaxing bean bags, is the perfect area to escape the hustle and bustle of the party and relax in each other’s company.

Overnight accommodation...

We have twelve guest bedrooms onsite which vary in size from singles and twins, to multi-occupancy rooms, which are ideal for families. In total we can accommodate upto 45 people in the house.

Prices for one night’s bed and breakfast, in a shared room, start from £47.50 (excl VAT).

Our Yurt Village...

Our enchanting Yurt Village, set in the picturesque grounds of the Hautbois estate in a secluded location, is also available for hire from £576 (excl VAT) per night.

The Yurt village comprises 6 yurts, sleeping from 6 to 48. The large yurt (30ft) can be used for overnight accommodation or for entertainment, this is an ideal location for a special occasion to remember.

We can also decorate the Yurts with silks at a cost of £20.00 per yurt.

1. Call us on 01603 737357 (option 2) to make an appointment where one of our staff team can talk through your event with you and take you on a tour of the venue and facilities on offer.

2. Subject to availability, a provisional booking can be made for your chosen date(s) and this will be held for 28 days.

3. We will send you an estimated quote, tailor-made to your requirements, and be available to talk through the quote if needed.

4. To confirm your booking, a 10% non-refundable deposit (plus £250 breakages deposit) is required with a signed booking form for your personalised contract and agreement to our terms and conditions.

5. Six months prior to your event, a 50% payment of your estimated quote is required.6. Eight weeks prior to the event, we will contact you to ensure that all the details are finalised

so we can put all your information together in your booking pack, and a final invoice for any outstanding amount will be prepared.

7. Final payment is due 14 days after your event, which will include any additional items purchased on the day.

Please note, all prices are a guide and may increase by the time of your event. You will be notified as soon as possible of any increases.
