A waiver must be signed prior to the Dolphin Touch Experience. Only those on the list will be able to participate in the dolphin touch experience.

All participants of the dolphin touch experience MUST be at least 5 years old and able to reach the dolphin while kneeling on the dock.

The party planner will impart additional regulations for the dolphin touch experience. Failure to follow all regulations may result in termination.

Birthday Party Itinerary

All you need to bring is the cake & ice cream! We can take care of the rest!

BIRTHDAY PARTY RULES

Outside food or drink is only allowed with the purchase of

the food package - except birthday cake and ice cream.

Smoking is prohibited in all buildings and around the ani-

mals. There are designated smoking areas.

Renter must be at least 21 years of age.

No tacks, nails, tape or like materials shall be used on walls

or

ceiling.

Food and drinks must stay in the party room.

No glass bottles or alcoholic beverages.

No Balloons due to animal safety.

No removal of tables, chairs, or other equipment from the facility.

The party room must be completely vacated and cleaned by Renter immediately after the event unless prior arrange-ments have been made with the Planner. The party room is considered clean only if it is left in the same condition as re-ceived by the Renter and all garbage has been properly dis-posed of in the receptacles provided.

The Planner will conduct an inspection of the premises after the event. Renter accepts full responsibility for any damages to the party room occurring during the event and shall be responsible for payment of all cost of such damages over and above the deposit made by Renter.

Cancellations made in advance of 2 weeks (14 days) shall receive a full refund less fees for invitations if already mailed out. Cancellations

made between one & two weeks (13 to 7 days) are entitled to a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than one week (6 days) prior to the

event shall forfeit all fees paid.
