The Simrad OP50 Remote Controller provides keypad and rotary-dial command of up to six multifunction displays, with support for NSS evo2, NSO evo2, and the optional multifunction display station on Simrad E5000-series ECDIS. The controller is available in both portrait and landscape orientations to suit a variety of installations, from helm chair arm to console or dash.
Manage Multiple DisplaysNetworked with a single NMEA 2000® connection for both power and control, one OP50 Remote Controller can operate up to six networked multifunction displays. Integrated LED indicator lights show the selected display number, while a dedicated button cycles quickly through the available displays.
Controls Optimised for Simrad Multifunction DisplaysThe OP50 Remote Controller features a keypad specifically designed to operate the latest generation of Simrad multifunction displays efficiently and reliably in all conditions. The high-quality aluminium dial features a knurled edge for precise rotary control, and built-in cursor functions for easy on-screen navigation. The OP50 controller is compatible with all NSS evo2 multifunction displays, NSO evo2 marine processors, and the optional multifunction display station available on E5000-series ECDIS processors (the OP50 controller will not operate the main ECDIS display).
Available in Portrait or Landscape OrientationAvailable in two orientations, the OP50 controller is suited to a wide variety of installation types and locations. Portrait orientation is well suited to installation in the arm of a helm chair, or vertically beside a Simrad MO-series monitor. Landscape orientation is ideal for installation beneath
displays, keeping hands from obscuring the screen during operation. Both versions support console or dash-mounting with a slim 8mm profile, while an optional bracket allows total flush-mount installation.
