Linear Bag Applicator Type Compact for Valve Bags

Equipment configuration

The HAVER Valve BagApplicator Type Compactis a flexible and uncom-plicated design for sta-tionary packing machineswith one or two fillingspouts.

Thanks to the space-sav-ing and flexible construc-tion, this applicator canbe installed even intotight fitting spaces.

The HAVER BagApplicator systemCompact can handleglued valve bags madefrom PE, PP or paper.

The linear bag applica-tion process allows forreliable bag applicationeven with close toler-ances between innervalve and filling spout.

The placing in readinessof the empty bags iseffected in a quick-change cart-type emptybag magazine with astorage capacity of up to300 bags.

The most upper valve bag ispicked up by a suction bar (1) andplaced upon two centering barsfrom adjusted height by gravity.This device allows for the valvebag to adjust itself to the rightlevel and most centered positionfor the gripper claw (4).Subsequently, the valve is openedand, depending on the features,formed by a valve cone (3). Thefilling electronic of the packingmachine will send a signal to startthe bag application process. Thebag applicator unit, driven by anelectromotor with crank design(5), moves in linear motion.

The capacity of the HAVER ValveBag Applicator Type Compact isapproximately 700 bags/hr.
