• Offshore vindkraft er anerkendt som en drivkraft for forskningen, men i mindre grad som et sammenhængende forskningsområde
• Potentiale for dansk offshore klynge i bedre dialog og samarbejde mellem universiteter og erhvervsliv gennem alliancer eller centre
• Aktion nu – ellers kan viden og nye initiativer glide til udlandet
