Comprehensive Restructuring Services $300,000 – $450,000 depending on school level and enrollment

The ETS Restructuring Services offering is designed to provide on-site, comprehensive support and leadership toward significant incremental growth in demonstrating Adequate Yearly Progress. The exact service plan, developed in conjunction with the school leadership and Complex Area Superintendent, and based on the needs of the school, can include anywhere from 65–110 days of on-site support services. It may include a range of services including but not limited to the following:

IDMS Complete $9.00 per student* *Minimum purchase of $2,500

The IDMSTM system is a Web-based application that helps K–12 educators manage and use assessment data to drive instructional practices, improve student achievement, and optimize learning results. The IDMS system delivers data directly to the desktop computers of

school leaders, teachers, students, and parents. It identifies critical state standards and allows educators to pace instruction, align materials to the standards, create assessments, and generate meaningful, actionable reports at the district, school, class, and student levels.

identify academic school trends for each subgroup • Review staff qualifications/assignments based on qualifications, experience,

and whether they are matched to student needs and school’s goals to help ensure a balanced staff prior to the opening of school

• Interview Principal, focusing on curriculum, instruction, staff coaching/supervision, and use of resources (fiscal, space, and personnel)

• Interview Leadership Team, focusing on curriculum, instruction, coaching, and use of resources

• Draft written report of recommendations that could be used as the basis of the state restructuring plan
