The HCIA Experience is the ideal way for a person who is going to be involved in HCIA to get to know us.

All members go through a formal introduction to the organization and then find their position, begin to take on responsibility in some areas after joining HCIA network. They then have the options of leadership roles and exchange which they take on according to their goals with excellent performance and gains from the HCIA differences .The final step is to head to the future to take the skills, inspiration, and networks from HCIA to have a positive impact in society.

Our Principles

Our company was built with hard work over 14 years. We would like to create a company that all can be proud of, and we are confident that, working together, we will build the best career service company in the world.

Certain principles are so fundamental to our success that we would like to describe them in some detail. If we can adhere to these principles – and they are not in order of importance – we will reach our goal of becoming the best career service company in the world. We also hope they will give you a roadmap on how and why we make our decisions.

Our Programs

With the help of international study, the Business Immersion Program aims to promote communication and interaction opportunities for young students from different cultures and backgrounds with well-known universities’ professors and famous business professionals, increase the understanding of each other’s cultures and social environments, and in the meantime, assist students by w ay o f i n te r n a t i o n a l s t u d y to g a i n e x p e r i e n c e a n d k n owl e d ge , t o e x p a n d t h e i r c o m m u n i c a t i o n w i t h e n t e r p r i s e s , a n d f i n a l l y t o cultivate the future leading talents.

1) Business Immersion Program (BIP)

The Global Entrepreneurial Program is a 12 days program held in New York and Boston, consists of Ivy’s learning (e.g. Columbia University, Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Yale University),,visiting famous company, cultural visits ,product launches, the Social Enterprise Business Plan Competition and charity ball. Students in this program can not only extend the study of business administration theory, but also experience the practice of t he cross-cultural management perspective of the era of globalization. The essence of GEP is to offer an excellent opportunity to experience different cultures meet, the diverse value collision and integration of overseas field trips.

2) Global Entrepreneurial Program (GEP)

Our History

2004Initiated on the campus of Tsinghua University and registered in Hong Kong under regulations on associations the HCIA Team aims to offer internship opportunities for Tsinghua and Hong Kong students.

2005We held the first session of Hong Kong International Business Study Project taking 43 students to international financial enterprises of Cheung Kong Center for internships. HCIA Team organised volunteers to support tsunami-affected regions in Southeast Asia.

2006We officially incorporated a limited liability company in Hong Kong and became a member of Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce in China. 163 students in total attended the Hong Kong Program with Credit Suisse Group AG Winterthur. In addition.

2007We cooperated with City University of Hong Kong and HKU SPACE to launch University Exchange Programs. We reached Hong Kong Internship Base Cooperation Agreement with Tsinghua University, University of International Business and Economics and Beijing International Studies University.

2008We had offered over 1,000 university exchange opportunities and internships in enterprises and started to promote the Business Elite Program to Stanford University and University of Cambridge. We organized volunteers to support the earthquake-stricken regions after the Wenchuan Earthquake.

2009We held the HCIA Mock Interview Program in the Grand Hyatt

Hotel in Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Guangzhou. We set up its subsidiary in New York becoming a corporate member of American Chamber of Commerce in China.

2010We held the Business Immersion Project in collaboration with the Center of Asian Studies of Hong Kong University, Hong Kong Research Policy Institute and several Fortune Global 500 Enterprises. It then held the first session of Business Plan Competition in Hong Kong.

2011We established cooperation with Chinese University of Hong Kong. HCIA & Company successfully held Exchange Program in U.S. HCIA reached a global cooperation agreement with American Hyatt Hotels and Resorts. In the same year, the HCIA Alumni Association initiated the Corporate Visit Plan with the first session held in Shanghai PWC. HCIA purchased and moved to an office property on Guanghua Chang’an Mansion, Chang’an Street, Beijing.

2012We incorporated HCIA Fund Limited and in British Virgin Islands with a registered capital of USD 200,000. HCIA Fund Limited subsidizes the prize for Business Plan Competition and Entrepreneurship Competitions for Social Enterprises. HCIA & Company initiated the first session of Antarctic Experience Program. We took part in UNHCR charity activity.

2013We built cooperative relationships with National University of Singapore and Nanyang Technological University. We held the Singapore Program in National University of Singapore. We held the ninth anniversary convention in Intercontinental Hotel Singapore. We organized volunteers to support earthquake-stricken regions in Ya’an.

2014We built cooperative relationships with Morgan Stanley and successfully launched the Corporate Training Plan. We held the first session of European Program. It then celebrated its

tenth anniversary of founding at both Taibei Grand Hyatt Hotel and W Hotel in Hong Kong. In the same year, volunteers of HCIA Team offered aid to the Afghan Refugee Camp and Mother Teresa of Calcutta Center.

2015We established cooperative relationships with JP Morgan Chase and jointly launched HCIA newyork& Program. We celebrated the 11th anniversary of its establishment at Intercontinental Hotel Singapore. We held their second volunteering activity at Mother Teresa of Calcutta Center.

2016We set up private overseas study consulting service department to formulate one-stop recruitment, training and overseas study services for students who have completed HCIA International Project. We held the fourth session of Antarctic Experience Program. We celebrated the 12th anniversary at Tokyo Hyatt Hotel and Intercontinental Hotel Singapore respectively. We held their third volunteer activity at Mother Teresa of Calcutta Center.

2017We held the fifth session of Antarctic Experience Project. We celebrated the 13th annual dinner at Intercontinental Hotel Singapore. In this year, HCIA held their third volunteer activity at Mother Teresa of Calcutta Center.

2018We held the 14th annual dinner in Singapore, and organized the 4th activicities at Mother Teresa of Clacutta Center.

As of Aug 2018, 34,023 students had participated in the international programs held by HCIA & Company. The companyhas held 329 sessions of Hong Kong Project, 48 sessions of American Project, 2 sessions of European Project and 9 sessionsof Singaporean Project. Moreover, the company held 135 sessions of Corporate Visit Plan. Its charity auctions donated USD54,713dollars in to tal.
