Organization – form new teams with staff they don’t know and have never met before.
Documents – many documents never arrive, go to a wrong department or are late because of the new location of premises.

Location of premises – the admin staff and the other departments are located far away from each other.
Customer relationships – loss of a big customer due to lack of responsibility of the admin staff. The contracts are confusing and not easily understandable.
