HDS™, Powered by i-phi™ Technology, is an aftermarket patented Hydrogen Injection System for diesel internal combustion engines. The HDS™ technology is based on hydrogen produced from the electrolysis of water.
The HDS™ System produces a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen gases, on demand, through a controlled electrolysis process. These gases are delivered to the engine’s air intake, where they are mixed with the air and enter the engine’s cylinders, participating in the combustion process.
The purpose of the process is to improve overall engine combustion e�ciency by producing a more complete burn of the air-fuel mixture. The results are seen in decreased fuel consumption and lower emissions.
