He had served as a member of the Membership Committee in 2007

As part of the 2007 Executive Board through the Membership Committee, Engr. Anwar had attended the 27 January 2007 Seminar on Parliamentary Procedure. In the picture, hes the one beside the 2009 President,Engr. Robert Flores.

He had been a convention speaker during the 3rd PICE-OFCER Convention.
