HEAD OF HR OPERATIONS – HUMAN RESOURCES
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide leadership and coordination for local HR Operations (HR-IT) administrative,
operational, process improvement and system change
• Ensure compliance and risk management across HR Operations and system locally
• Market HR Applications to the staff and management of the local HR organization to build
acceptance and encourage confidence in HR Operations
• To be the key contact person regarding global HR Operations within the country
• Ensure local support and knowledge for business and version testing for local processes,
management of authorization roles, quality of local master data and Basic Bundle support
• Ensure the implementation of local norms and laws in relation to HR administrative
processes and systems (e.g. payroll)
• Market HR Operations to staff and management to build acceptance and encourage
confidence in local HR Operations
• Ensure appropriate process consulting to define local processes and definitions in close
cooperation with global heads in HR Operations
• Proactively work with the local HR Experts and GPOs to convert strategy, policy , tools
and process into services operations and partner with the HR community to support the
implementation of HR solutions reflecting the business needs
• Manage outputs of other HR Operations with regard to Benefits Admin, Training
Coordination, Recruitment and Payroll Services

WHO YOU ARE
• A tertiary qualification in HR or equivalent or proven relevant experience in Application
Development, HR-IT process design, HR transaction support, and HR administration.
• Proven experience in implementing HR systems
• Understanding of Payroll functions
