Take Two SI Mentoring Program2011 Take Two Mentoring Program launched:•Mentoring program for Leadership Group commenced in April 2011 and concluded on August 31.•Expressions of interest invited from Leadership group members interested in being a mentor/mentee•List of mentors/mentees and areas of expertise established•Matching of mentors and mentees carried out•Feedback has indicated successful results using a variety of techniques – shadowing, face to face meetings, emails, phone calls•2012 Stage 2 is to include other target groups such as Head Teachers and new teachers.

our Leadership Program• New Leadership Self-Assessment Tool has been sponsored by the

Leadership Reference Group and developed by Workforce Development Unit.
