When we heal ourselves with consciousness, we are seeking much more than symptomatic

relief. It transcends all systems, modalities and therapies. We aim to go to the very root of the affliction and enable permanent and lasting cure. We don’t just acquire physical

relief, because the whole is always addressed. Our emotional and mental patterns are healed

too. It is an integral healing that we seek.

But this power is not just given: we have to work on ourselves first. However, once

unleashed, true consciousness comes armed with an executive Power, something that

radically heals, changes and sometimes even transforms our being.

Dr. Alok Pandey is a medical doctor specialised in psychiatry who retired from the Indian Air Forcend has currently settled down at the Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Pondicherry. He has conducted several workshops on diverse subjects in India and abroad and is a medical doctor specialised in psychiatry who retired from the Indian Air Force and has currently settled down at the Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Pondicherry. He has conducted several workshops on diverse subjects in India and abroad and contributed numbers of articles on different subjects in various Indian and International journals. He has authored three books and also edits All India Magazine, a monthly journal of the Sri Aurobindo Society. He is also a Founder-Editor of NAMAH, the Journal of Integral Health.

Sigrid Lindemann has lived in Auroville since 1987, researching consciousness and collective transformation through healing with homoeopathy (Sensation Method, Dr. Sankaran), hypnotherapy and integral regression therapy (past-life therapy, inner-child work, trauma therapy) Her special interests are the evolution of the psychic being, collective evolution, mental health and trauma,. Sigrid has been teaching homoeopaths in Germany yearly from 2004 in certified seminars, her clinic, ‘Integral Health’ in Auroville has served the Auroville community since 2001. Sigrid founded JIVA, www.auroville-jiva.com – a platform for workshops, therapy, retreats offered by Auroville`s therapists.

Arul Dev aspires to be a ‘fire that lights’ the depths of human beings and collective organisations. His aim is to live with his ‘natural breath’ and do his conscious practices at work, home and society. He has been sharing his ‘inner work’ through his books, Into Great Depth of Your Being and The Flame Within to leaders, teachers, students, parents and others to support their inner evolution and outer creative manifestation. He holds a MCLC (Master Certified Leadership Coach) certification from Coach for Life. He is the Founder, CEO of People First Consultants for the last 26 years, guiding the organisation to be value-centred providers of L&D and Talent Hiring services. He is a coach and facilitator working in the fields of leadership development, organisational transformation, integral education and individual well-being.

Monica Gulati was trained as an immunologist but realised that scientific research was not her calling when doing her PhD at the University of Zurich. She got a wake-up call from her Psychic Being through cancer when it visited her. Cancer brought her in touch with her own essence and revealed that her true calling was the calling of her Heart. She now lives a life immersed deeply and fearlessly in all the movements of life and spills out the messages the inner being manifests through the challenges of existence.A relentless explorer, she feels blessed to be on this journey within, hand-in-hand with fellow-travellers.

Dr. Falguni Jani is a counsellor, who specialises in Integral Counselling. Her approach towards psychological issues is based on Sri Aurobindo’s Yoga Psychology. For the last 25 years, she has worked in the areas of School Counselling, Adolescent issues and Family conflict. Settled in Pondicherry since 2016, she is working as a facilitator for online students at Sri Aurobindo Centre for Advanced Research (SACAR), and conducts workshops in Integral Counselling.

Dr. Debabrata Sahani is a consultant ophthalmologist working at Odisha. He is closely associated with the Sri Aurobindo International institute of integral Health and Research (Saiiihr0 and NAMAH, the Journal of Integral Health. Indeed, he is an Editor of NAMAH. He has been working to integrate higher spiritual principles in the day-to-day life of common people for the last thirty years.

Manoj Pavitran grew up in Kerala and graduated as a production engineer in 1988. However, a deeper quest led him to SriAurobindo and he started following the path of Integral Yogain 1989. He did postgraduate studies in Product Design from the National Institute of Design (NID), Ahmedabad, in 1993. After a short period of working as a professional design consultant, he quit the profession and joined Auroville in 1995 to explore Integral Yoga and collective evolution. In Auroville, he isactively involved in education (www.swadharma.auroville.org),software development and film-making (www.sopanam.org).

Dr. Yogesh Mohan MD (JIPMER), the Founder of “Consciousness as Medicine”, trained in modern medicine, has a profound understanding of Yogic Psychology and a rich clinical experience using consciousness as therapy. He brings the essence of deeper insights and practices developed over more than 20 years of inner work. Based in Chennai, he is also the CEO of Saveetha Medical College & Hospital.

Gitanjali is a social entrepreneur and educationist. After having foundedseveral business and social ventures, she has set up The Himalayan Institute of Alternatives, Ladakh, as its Founding CEO & Dean. Gitanjali is also founder of Transformindia.com, a collective initiative in line with the forces of evolution to build new social, economic and political models in line with India’s spirit, ethos and culture. Gitanjali is a spiritual seeker with a deep in terest in Indian spirituality. She is a lifelong student of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother, Sanskrit, Vedas & Upanishads and strivesto apply her learnings gleaned from these sacred texts to indigenise existing educational frameworks.

James Anderson Adversity has accompanied James and helps to shape hisdestiny. Born in England, he encountered life-threatening illness when 21 while travelling abroad. He then worked at the Lloyd’s market as a Director in the City of London for 16 years. A sudden calling changed the direction of his life and he set off to India. He first came to Pondicherry in 1999 and, by and large, has remained here ever since. A writer, healer and teacher, he is Coordinating Editor of NAMAH, the Journal of Integral Health. He has recently brought out, A Torch in the Dark, a book which examines human growth in an integral and experiential way. Fascinated by the interplay between soul and nature, his aim in life is simply to radiate love, truth, harmonyand peace.

Neelesh Marik studied Mechanical Engineering at IIT Mumbai andBusiness Management at IIM Bangalore. He served at ValueChain International Ltd, Infosys, Andersen Consulting, Coca-Cola and Coats Viyella, in various responsible positions. Now he is fully engaged in diving deep into the Works of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother.

Dr. Soumitra Basu is a consultant psychiatrist, practising in Kolkata and Pondicherry. He works with Consciousness paradigms of health and psychology. He conducts workshops on personal growth andis a Founder-Editor of NAMAH, the Journal of Integral Health.He is author of the book, Integral Health. He is deeply interested in the interplay of Aurobindonian metaphysics and mental health. He has developed a module of Consciousness-based Psychology (CBP) and, along with Dr. Michael Miovic of USA, has authored a book on CBP (in the press), which looks at psychopathology and counselling from an entirely new perspective that arises from the experiential teachings of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother.
