Lidocaine pads
Units: About 153,000
Hazard: Children can open the package and access the lidocaine pads, which are poisonous if swallowed.
Description: Alocane Emergency Burn Pads were sold in 10-count and 15-count white and red boxes. The gelpads have 4% lidocaine as the active ingredient. Recalled lot numbers are 4179, 4180, 4235, 4645, 4646 and4698. UPC number is 8-46241-02448-7.

Description: Recalled are 15 styles of sweatshirts with drawstrings in sold in boys' and girls' sizes XS, S, M, L,XL. Sweatshirts include the "Hooey" brand or logo. They are made of polyester and cotton, and most have afront pocket.

Description: Recalled are US 6 (4.0 mm diameter) FlipStix 6-inch and 8-inch long knitting needles. The knittingneedles have aluminum shafts that are tapered at both ends. The long shaft holds the active (unsecured)stitches of the fabric, to prevent them from unravelling. The tapered ends are used to form new stitches. Theywere sold in blue, red and yellow combination packages. Five needles are in each pack.
