TELEMEDICINE- IMPACT STUDY 76% of respondents came to know about Equitas Telemedicine center when they visited Equitas branch office for loan matters & did not have time to visit again 94% of respondents are satisfied with Equitas Telemedicine center based on their experience. 4% respondents didn’t take ECG because of power shutdown & machine problem.2%respondents didn’t do the suggested follow up / diagnosis , tests since it is too costly to afford. 85 respondents (52%) told they like the staffs / paramedics politeness.Suggestions/Challenges•Doctor must be present at the center.•A women doctor must be available to attend women patients.•Equitas Telemedicine center can be advertised.•Equitas Telemedicine center to be more spacious.•Medicine / tablets being prescribed should be given at free of cost / subsidized cost..•BP machine should function properly- network issuesOther suggestions :•Should take all tests – Master check up / general check up.•Must not collect consultation fee
